Great Addition for the Home Office/Small Apartment

Defective Product - Does Not Get Cold

The refrigerator did not get cold over the weekend so all of our food was spoiled when we returned on Monday. First time I ordered from Best Buy and first time I bought this brand - I will never do neither again! I spend over 30 minutes on the phone trying to exchange it, only to be disconnected. Horrible customer service to go along with a horrible product. :(

We regret to hear that you that you experience an issue with your unit and results to leave us a one-star rating. We always recommend letting the unit rest for a few hours before using it, in order to avoid any malfunction of the unit due to moving the unit between the retail store and the customer's home. Ensure that the unit is not plugged into an extension cord and it should be into wall outlet. Lastly, please give your unit a hard reboot. Unplug it and plug it back in after 15-20 minutes. This allows the unit to go back to factory settings. The first one right on the handle, the second was in the back corner. I accepted the 2nd one as this was slid into a cabinet. The quality of the refrigerator and its operation is great.
