Nice watch and step counter good for the exercise buffs out there but the other apps leave much to be desired. Most of the few apps that it does have need to have the settings adjusted on the phone and have limited capabilities, if any setting changes, available at all. Many need helper apps installed on your phone to work. Apps are not independent to the watch only. The phone app works great but the text app only works with the default mobile app and will not work with chomp. or other messaging apps. Returning texts is a bit of a learning curve if you want to try your hand at the writing in such a small space. or you can speak your texts. The watch likes to try and auto answer too which can be inconvenient at times. Unless you are an exercise enthusiast this smart watch really doesn't have many apps for doing much else;.It is very limited at this point. It has lots of potential as the technology catches on but as of now it is very limited in functionality. It does play music well and does have a nice loud speaker for sound without head phones, but it will put a drain the battery. When not using the music the battery does last a long time. I really hope that more apps come out for this little gem soon so I can update my review as being a better and more fun toy. I do love the Dick Tracy aspect of the watch though which is why I wanted it.. Saving me from fumbling thru my purse for my phone when driving keeps my eyes on the road in my older car...
