    My kids play this game a lot, they loved it. They like all the dark souls games but I think this one was their favorite.

    Hadn't played any of the Dark Souls games prior to this one. Would recommend that you don't let it's unforgiving reputation intimidate you from giving it a chance. I discovered that as long as you aren't careless it's really not that difficult Disliked the way being "embered" opened you up to versus multiplayer. Not that it isn't enjoyable in its own way, I just didn't care for the game forcing me to when I was focused other goals for a particular play session
