This is definitely one of the hardest games ive ever played. The combat is a little clunky to me, but the fights are well designed. The game gets frustrating, but it's incredibly rewarding when you finally break through.

Tough as nails. Reminds me of demons souls honestly :/ the characters are generally more agile and the system is more finely tuned for teaching common sense. Not being hard like all the others. It IS HARD but for different reasons than dark souls 1 or 2.

This is my first game of the series. Haven't played 1 or 2. Yes, this game is tough, but it's still pretty awesome. I recommend getting the guide too as it helps with certain routes and pathways that are recommended. Also helps with the bosses. Very cool game overall and I love it!

I've played the previous titles in this series, with lots of frustration. I enjoy challenging games, but the twitchy responses and small bugs made them largely unplayable. Not so with this title! It's smooth, yet still challenging.

The game is great. It has amazing graphics and a unique story with unique lore. By now, most gamers know this game. It is hard if you don't know what you're getting yourself into. It is not a hack-and-slash game. This game requires patience and calmness.

This game is an awesome RPG. Took me a while to get used to the controls and it was very difficult at the start. This is not your usual button-smasher; some timings and skill are required. Once I got used to the controls, I didn't die as often.

This game is my introduction to the Dark Soul series, though I'm new to the series I find this game to be quite good and difficult enough that it makes me want to beat it more. After I'm done with this, I'm definitely going back to play the previous Dark Soul series!

This seems to be a little bit larger than bloodborne there always seems to be something I've missed I go back and play it a second time and I found out I missed about five or six different rooms that had false walls & the difficulty level feels just like bloodborne.

Dark Souls 3 is a great addition to the series. There are plenty of references to older games but not too many were you would be lost. Least buggy game as well, really helps that it was made for the newer consoles that can handle the game.

Game is difficult, that's obvious. However if you do get killed you generally feel like you made a mistake somewhere as opposed to the game "cheating". If you have the patience to stick with it then it definitely deserves a play through.

This is a really good game. It has some framerate issues here and there, but that's to be expected with this series. It provides the same challenges you look for in a very detailed game world. Looking for a tough game then pick this up.

I am a big fan. When you get higher level you feel like you have earned it unlike some other RPGs that are easy. I love to grind and collect everything

I really enjoyed Dark Souls 1 and 2. Despite how difficult they were it was so rewarding when you beat the bosses and completed the game. This one was just as good as the others and the bosses were epic.

Not easy, but you will get your money for this one. Similar graphics as the others and if you want you can the other consoles. Best part of game is the ability to call on help and you can get their stuff if you can beat them too.

...And loving every minute of it. If you are looking for an easy challenge, look elsewhere. Dark Souls is not for you. If you like being punished, and going back for more...you are in sane, and this game is perfect!

Dark Souls 3 is a stellar entry into the series. Fun.

As someone who only played Dark Souls 3 I can say this game is much better then the third. If you like Dark Souls games, this game will not disappoint. If you have never played a Dark Souls game, be warned, you will die.

If you are looking for a game that you won't beat in 20 hours and want to be left alone then this is the game for you. Would also suggest buying a new controller when you break your old one rage quitting this game.
