    The graphics are sharp (not as good as I had hoped), the entire game world is interconnected, the combat is top notch, and the lore and ambiance is amazing. You’ll miss quality of life improvements they made in the later games if you’re a souls veteran coming back to this game but if you’re new to the soulsbourne series this is a perfect way to start.

    I haven't played Dark Souls before and all I've heard was that it was difficult. One day I finally decided to bite the bullet and picked up the remaster when it was on sale and ended up enjoying it a lot. I finished and am currently in my second run-through in new game. I would play more if I can find the time now.
