After reading tons of reviews and FAQs stating that Best Buy's Geek Squad installs any dashcam you buy, they refused to install the dashcam I bought from Amazon. Not wanting to waste the appointment, I bought a Rexing dashcam from Best Buy, which is far inferior to the Viofo dashcam I had purchased from Amazon. However, the actual installation looks clean. There are no visible wires. I am satisfied with the install.

This is my gazillionth time using this teams services. Their expertise never fails. They do a great job. Always very professional and courteous! Wish they did home remodeling. Haha. Just joking. In a time when CS seems to be none existent, it's refreshing to be pleased from start to finish!

I feel like the cords could have been hidden a little better. All of the extra wire is sitting exposed right next to the camera on the front windshield instead of tucked up Inside the ceiling. Not sure if this was a choice or a lack of options. Overall i am happy with the installation and they were quick and Courteous so im not complaining...

Ordering this service was easy enough BUT I could find no way to add rear camera installation. Best Buy no longer offers dash cam installation at my local store. Closest is an hour+ away. Making an appointment for installation was a nightmare. Couldn’t do it on line. Finding way through call line took too long. Best Buy pestered me about keeping the appointment. The phone check in didn’t work. Installers not ready at appointed time. Waited 2 hours +. Installer declined to use the “hardwire” kit I purchased from Best Buy (said to be for “all” dash cams. Installer declined to install the rear camera because it was an exterior camera. Dash Cam instructions indicate that rear camera can be either exterior or interior. When ordering, I was given no rear camera information. Main camera installation works fine. All in all, miserable experience.

Professional, clean installation. They know what they’re doing. Definitely worth the money. I didn’t even have the installation directions bc I bought the dashcam abroad. No problems or questions installing it. The only inconvenience is when I tried to pick a service location it said there were none available nearby, which wasn’t true. Had to call their service number in the email and set up an appointment. Good thing I asked about locations bc I originally called to cancel my order payment but seeing as how there were many locations nearby I kept it.

Front and rear dash cams installed in my daughter’s 24 Sentra. Install is great with wires hidden and hardwired to power on and off automatically. This is the second vehicle I’ve had done and will be taking the wife’s 25 Sentra soon.

Ryan install a mirror and rear cam in my car. He hardwired them, and hid the cords. He did an excellent job!! I highly recommend Ryan!!

My son wanted a dash cam in his car,So we went in to check on some.I am clueless when it comes to these things,As is my son for the most part.But Phil and Chris went over each one,?And what they thought was best for my sons needs.They scheduled us really fast considering its almost xmas,And two days after my son took his car in they both jumped on it and wow,?Its great.We will always be going to them My son and i both highly recommend them.Thanks guys.

I had a front and rear dash cam installed. The install was clean and well done.

There is an employee shortage nationwide, so you and I should have sympathy for these guys. They are only so many of them, and they are overworked. Having said, their scheduling portal is a mess. I tried to schedule one myself but could not as the page did not load, so I went into their store. Tech showed me what he sees on his end; it is an uncomprehending jargon. The originally scheduled date was a fault on my end, but for the second one, he double-booked me with another person. Things were straightened, and the installation was seamless. Tech knew what he was doing and asked me the right questions along the way. The price, too, cannot beat $80. I would pay more for someone to do an installation like this. Best Buy is true to its word; there were no hidden fees.

Easy to make an appointment to get my dashcam installed. The installation was quicker than expected. The technician was very courteous and professional. He walked me through the operation of the installed equipment. All the wires were hidden everywhere from front to back. I am happy that I had them do this and would definitely have them do it again in the future.

I am very pleased with my front and back dash cameras installation. My only complaint is that it cost me 5 times the amount I was quoted, and paid on the website in advance. Over all I am happy.

Installer was very friendly and did a very professional job. Pricing was reasonable.
