The Nextbase 322GW may be a middle of the road dash cam but the video quality is excellent from both cameras. Katlyn at the Best Buy in Reynoldsburg Ohio did the install and did an excellent job and was very pleasant to work with.

I bought a dash cam for my new driver in the family. The Best Buy website indicated I needed an assembly kit and a memory card, so I purchased those as well. I finally made the appointment to get the product installed and arrived on-time. I was the first appointment of the day and they quickly looked through the components I purchased and determined the kit came with a memory card and the install kit, so they returned the excess items on the spot. The install took about an hour and 15 min as expected. I picked up the vehicle and they set one or two preferences on the dash cam. I didn’t know where the dash cam would be placed, which is hidden behind the rear view mirror, so as the driver I cannot see the screen to utilize the rear camera. If I would have known that they mount the dash cams out of the driver’s sight, I would have asked if there were any other mounting options so my son could utilize the rear camera for parking. However, since the screen is so small, there’s not much to see on the screen when backing up, but I anticipate if there’s an accident that we will be able to access better views of the footage.

I am very pleased with the Geek Squad installation service. It was very easy to schedule appointment online. The work was done on time, as promised. The quality of installation of the dash cam is exceptional.

I purchased the one with the front and rear the guy installed and explained and showed me how everything works.

I believe I was given an hour and a half work estimate to get it installed, yet they got it done in about 45 minutes. Speedy service, and have not had any issues with the installed camera.

The person who installed my dash camera” Louis” was very nice and professional. The only reason for 4 stars and not five which is not his fault is the following. He is the one and only person doing installations. He also has to make appointments, and answer the phone and give estimates . I waited 25 minutes past my appointment start time because he had to help a customer who needed an estimate. There is NO REASON why the one and only person doing installations should have to do all of the other things. It keeps customers waiting a lot longer , and he or she depending on where you go , has to keep stopping what they are doing. Also , the dash camera I purchased was one that has a front and rear camera. This is clearly stated as it should be in the products description. However the basic installation cost is listed at $50. I read that many customers found out it’s much more. I was charged $100 because the product is front and rear. My point ? Best Buy sells this product, knows it contains two cameras , and yet lists basic installation at $50 ! Why ? People shouldn’t find out the hard way it is double or more than the basic installation price/s listed with this or any product. Why not be clear about what the item will really cost as best as possible to have it installed ? So the unit was $150 and I paid another $100 to have it installed. This needs to change.

After checking around to various auto shops I could not find a business to install my camera for less than $150. Some wanted $200. I took my GMC 2500 SIERRA to Best Buy after making an appointment and was pleasantly pleased with staff and when installed, less than 90 minutes, it looked almost factory installed and set up by Best Buy with date, time and necessary adjustments. Cost less than $90. I highly recommend anyone one who needs a camera installed to ho no further than Best Buy. Call ahead, get price and set up an appointment. Great professional service!!

I went to the Fullerton location to get my camera installed, and the personnel there was great. I believe his name was Travis or Trevor I don't recall exactly but he was really helpful. My installation took under an hour. The work was clean no wires hanging out anywhere. For the amount that was charged of 79.99 I feel like it was a great value, Originally I had gone to the Store in Orange off of Tustin but not only did I have a rude experience there with Aron he also tried to charge me double the amount of what I was supposed to pay, Glad I decided to go to another location that had better service.

The girl originally assigned the install had no clue what to do. She was going to just have the wire hang down the middle of the windshield. Thankfully, there was a guy working that knew what he was doing and we had it installed correctly. Nothing like having the same camera installed in your 2 other cars and having some clueless installer tell you she "doesn't do it like that". Best bet is to go to Pineville or Mooresville and have your items installed.

I had purchased another vehicle so had Best Buy remove my dash cam and then reinstall the dash cam into the new vehicle. The Teck was very good, and I was happy with his service.
