I already had the Dash Cam, it was a free test unit from an Amazon contractor, so naturally I called Geek Squad to see if they'd install it for me. The didn't hesitate, and agreed to do the install. They did an outstanding job, as I knew they would. Just excellent.

It improves my comfort to know that if there is an incident, I have the evidence off of what happened.

INSTALLATION WENT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS AND THE TECH WAS GREAT

My nearby BrownPort Best Buy has always been exceptional with sales and service until recently. I’ve been trying to get my Dash Cam installed for several months. I called twice a week to find out when their installers would be back from Covid break. Always left callback number. Never got a call back. So went to the store. They let me know the installers weren’t back yet, so I left my info and had them put me on a call and install list. Never heard back. Called the Brookfield store and they had me come in the next day to install. They did an excellent job! So sad the BrownPort store won’t communicate with their long time customers.

The agent installed my dashcam and identified that one of the components was incorrect. He took care of everything and installed the missing component within a week's time. One point of concern - I discovered after picking up my vehicle that I have no idea how to use the dashcam. I should have asked. He should have asked if I needed help and offered to show me what each of the components is and how to set the camera up. I am now trying to figure out exactly what piece was exchanged and hoping I have what I really need.

The install for my Cobra dash cam was completed very professionally. I'm very please with the work done.

I purchased my Nextbase 622GW Dash Camera and wanted it installed by someone that knew what they were doing. I did not want wires incorrectly connected or hanging down where they could be snagged by something. I had my camera installed by a Best Buy technician. I did have to wait for over three weeks to have the work completed, but once I got my truck into the shop, it took only 45 minutes to install. No issues and I am pleased with the work done on the install.

I used the team to install a dashcam in my car. I didn't know they offered this type of service. They were amazing! The team knew exactly what to do and they spent time after the install walking me through how the camera worked. I would definitely use them again for any kind of install for my car.

They did a superb job with my installation. I was told it would take a few hours but they were actually done in less than an hour. And the guys are super cool and knowledgeable. This was my first time having something installed at the Rockford Best Buy. In the past I have had stuff done in Chicago so I knew that any Best Buy I go to I was gonna get the best service. My only complaint if I had to complain was that there isn't a waiting area. But that just gave me a chance to browse the store for other Best Buy products

I was weary about the dash cam from the product description and reviews; however, the product works very well and glad to got it. I have a different brand in my other vehicle that is priced slightly less, yet has more features and better recording quality. I could not find the other dash cam for sale any longer. I mainly purchased this because my rear window tint hard to see through during the day, but now it is awesome and extra wide view. Overall it works better than I expected and the Best Buy installers did a great job!

First let me say that I have got to be probably beyond paranoid when it comes to installing anything in my vehicle. But I thought that I would give Best Buy a chance As their prices beat most competitors that I previously called to compare. The installation of my dash cam was quick efficient and the service was good. I had to visit the store twice to get the dash cam installed /reinstalled and I’m sure I was a pain in the butt, but the installers were very nice very pleasant and they got the job done so I can’t complain. In the future if I need anything else done I will more than likely give Best by the opportunity first. This install was at East colonial

At this point, I'm still waiting to get a call back from a different store so I can see if they can backtrack and check the work the first installer did because he said the haloview mc7101 wasn't working. So Amazon has sent me another one and I've got to pick a different store and installer to remove one of the cameras and reinstall the new but same system! I'm pretty frustrated at this point and not because of the install the first installer did but because I had a month-long issue with Amazon and finally after 5 very stupid phone calls to Amazon the last guy helped me out in like 5 minutes. So now I've been dealing with this for about 5 to 6 weeks!!

Good installation and very helpful. One comment was that the scheduling process seemed weird and had to re-schedule a couple of times but things happen. Team was very coordinating

Angel did a great job of installing the dash cam in the exact spot needed. The cable in the delivered box was defective, but that did not deter Angel. He did the trouble shooting and came up with a solution so I did not have to wait for factory to ship a replacement cable.

Have had the camera installed for a month now and so far it appears it is working as intended. The higher resolution will be on the front camera while the 1080p is on the rear camera. Night time pics are ok, but could stand to have a better night camera sensor. Highly recommend bumping up the microSD card to a 256GB card to ensure you have mulitiple days of history stored in case you need to recall that data - especially if you use all three camera.
