Good for the price, sometimes takes a few tries to connect with app

My wife and I decided to have dash cams installed once we started to take care of our Grandson. He is three so we take him different places to vent his energy. The dash cam is another level of insurance. The Geek Squad Techs were beyond great. They were polite, courteous, sensitive to our needs and vehicles as we bought one for each of our cars. Explained everything before AND after the install. The timing of the install was right on schedule as described in the beginning. Would highly recommend Best Buy products and Geek Squad services any time. BRAVO Geek Squad.

Have had the camera installed for a month now and so far it appears it is working as intended. The higher resolution will be on the front camera while the 1080p is on the rear camera. Night time pics are ok, but could stand to have a better night camera sensor. Highly recommend bumping up the microSD card to a 256GB card to ensure you have mulitiple days of history stored in case you need to recall that data - especially if you use all three camera.

I used the Geek Squad to install my dash cam after watching some online tutorials. It was a smart choice. Though it took almost two hours, the job was done right and required some pretty complex hookups to fuses and removal of interior trim pieces. I do wish the installer would have asked me about windshield placement, however, as the current spot precludes me from adding the optional rear camera. I was also amazed that the waiting room TV did not work and was not heated. This is Best Buy - have a working TV!

Angel did a great job of installing the dash cam in the exact spot needed. The cable in the delivered box was defective, but that did not deter Angel. He did the trouble shooting and came up with a solution so I did not have to wait for factory to ship a replacement cable.

Good installation and very helpful. One comment was that the scheduling process seemed weird and had to re-schedule a couple of times but things happen. Team was very coordinating

Nothing but kuddos to the tech that did the install. He’s done a lot of installs for me. The thing that I’m upset is the latest change that I was told about. Best buy will start charging labor for installs unless I purchase units from them. You don’t even have a wide selection to begin with. I guess I’m not renewing my TTS once it expires. You should at least grand father existing customers until the end of purchased contract

For me, this is without a doubt, the most professional, competent service I have received from a team installing equipment in my vehicle in the last 10 years. The team at Citrus Park was courteous, neat, and left no detail unattended when they installed my Rexing dash cam with rear camera. The cables were neatly tucked, no damage was done to any of my interior, and they did not try to stick me with miscellaneous charges like other installers have tried in the past. Plus they delivered before the estimated time. I was very surprised! Money Well Spent!

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEGEABLE AND DID NOT RUSH THROUGH THE JOB. HE EVEN CALLED ME BACK INTO THE SHOP TO SHOW AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHAT WAS GOING ON AND EVEN PULLED UP DIAGRAMS ON HIS COMPUTER TO MAKE SURE I COMPLETELY UNDERSTOOD HIS FINDINGS... MY APPOINTMENT WAS SATURDAY MAY 1ST AT 10AM... I CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TECHNICIAN. HE ALSO WORKS AT A BODYSHOP IF THAT HELPS ANYONE...

Very impressed with the installation of the dashcam for my car. Scheduling via the web was easy. Checked in with the technician and he was ready for me. Great guy! He truly cared about a clean, professional installation. Always been a little leery about bigbox installation as have had poor experience with the big home improvement stores.

The agent installed my Garmin 66 Dash Camera with a permanent connection close to the rear view mirror. Did a great professional install. Neat and clean. Camera works great. Dash cam is fully functional with all features working. Very pleased with the purchase of the Garmin dash cam and the installation. Originally bought the dash cam earlier in the year. The installation was postponed by Best Buy because of COVID-19 concerns.

The geek squad automotive employee was very knowledgeable and treated my vehicle with care. I have a Newer model Benz so they employee I worked with was unable to install the rear facing in the rear. It was installed in the front and was faced towards the back. There wasn’t any current information on the wiring for my 2019 vehicle. I appreciated the fact that he was honest with my regarding the wiring information and just installed the camera in the front.

After having someone smash into my car in a parking lot and leave, I wanted something to monitor my car while I'm not in it. This front and rear camera works great and records all events even while parked. My only complaint would be that the memory card is only 16G and for long road trips, it would be nice to have a larger memory card. I tried to put a larger memory card in but it didn't record even after I "formatted" it.
