Best Buy had a great deal on a dash cam and, as a member, the installation was free so double great deal. They hardwired it up high on the windshield and behind the rearview mirror so it blends in with the back of the mirror and there are no wires showing. I am very happy with the dash cam and with the Geek Squad's service.

Matt Linder was excellent, fast and efficient in removing my dash cam camera, dash cam radar accessory, rear dash cam camera, extra external dash cam battery and all wiring from my 2014 Honda Accord Sport as my first phase. Matt was so great he will handle our second phase of installing everything that was removed; install in new car.

My truck is brand new and was afraid of ruining something if i installed the cams myself so I left it up to the pros. The Geek Squad installer and I discussed what I wanted and where i wanted the cameras installed. He came up with great suggestions on the installation and did an excellent job of installing my dash cam with rear camera. The installation is very professional and looks fantastic. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Installed Garmin Dash Cam Mini behind mirror. As this particular model comes with a USB large connector, installing the wiring so they didn't show is made more difficult. The installer, after looking over my car, and asking questions, came up with an approach that met my needs. He finished the job early, and provided check lists to insure all other electrical functions were working properly after the installation. Great job!

i bought a dash cam through amazon & went to a professional installer but found i had to drive into town (30 mile round trip) make an appointment, drop off, etc (what a hassle) and expensive. i went to best buy, got a great deal & geek squad installed for free. no hassle.

Installation crew at Best Buy is the absolute best. Super efficient and very communicative. They did an amazing job hiding the wires for the dash cam I had installed in my car! Great job

Brandon did a great job! I needed another part that I didn’t know about and he offered to pick it up from another location. They didn’t have it so I had to come back the following week. He offered to come in on his day off to take care of the install. I live in Elk Grove and didn’t want to drive back and forth. He was incredibly helpful.

He was very knowledgeable and used his expertise to help.

I purchased the annual Geek Squad service contract about 2 years ago. Best decision I made in a long time. I scheduled my install and as advertised they were right on time and installed it professionally. When we picked it we were taught how it worked and the gentleman even pointed out that he discovered a missing water seal on the body of the vehicle. Excellent service!!

Install was fast and only took an hour. But I wish they would have asked if I wanted any of the extra stuff that came as an option for my device. After reading instructions, I could have added more stuff but I was unaware.

The installation went very well. The installer did an exceptional job couldn't have been happier. After he finished the job he took the time to explain how to use the product. If he sees this review, I want to thank him for doing a great job. If he doesn't, I would hope they let him know.

I bought the DashCam at another retailer but had it installed at Best Buy. The installer indicated that he was not familiar with that particular DashCam brand. My DashCam included a rear camera. That rear camera was not installed because to my utter surprise it would have costed me more than the quoted $59.99 Installation price. Except for that glitch, the install went well. It was installed in under an hour.

I purchased a Garmin 55 Dash Camera at a local Best Buy store, and had it installed by the store's Geek Squad because the install was well beyond my capability. The Geek Squad technician did an outstanding job at very reasonable cost, explained how to use it, etc. The wires to attach the unit are almost completely out of sight, and the unit is mounted under my rear-view mirror.

It is a very clean and fast installation for my rex dash cam. Sadly they can not install the rear camera due to difficulty of hatch rear door. But they when above and beyond in routing the rear cable to the back so I can install for myself.

I purchased a front and rear dashcam online, not from Best Buy. I scheduled my appointment for the installation. The installation was quick and easy, the only thing I was caught off guard by was the price. When I scheduled the appointment online, the price for the install was $49.95. When I got to the appointment, it was $49.95 per camera, I didn't see that anywhere online. Overall I'm satisfied with the service, but the prices should be more transparent.

The technician installed my hardwire kit beautifully and was courteous when answering my questions. I provided the parts and paid for the labor. One piece of advice would be to ask the owner to help with checking the dashcam positioning so that it is to their liking and also that the dashcam footage is perfectly centered.
