Nate did a great job with our 2018 Honda CRV. He helped my wife sync her phone to the Camera and got us up and running. He was professional, friendly and helpful. All traits that make Best Buy a company to do business with. We will be back to shop again thanks to your great service. Nate, thanks again for your help.

The service and technichian was great however one wire was considered extra. The cam does not function properly due to this wire left behind. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed no extra wires came with the kit. The cam is suppose to stay on when the care is Parker once i lock my doors the camera goes off. I need to take it back and have it done correctly when I get some extra time.

Unfortunately a few months after the dashcam was installed the car was totalled after encountering black ice at -20. The replacement car still has no mount installed, the mount was "sold out" at time of the scheduled install. At this point I'm considering finishing the install myself with the suction cup provided in the NextBase box instead of the professionally glued mount.

Well when this was done the guy did a great dam job the wires were hidden it wasnt no mess at all he put plastic on my floors so his shoes wouldnt get mud or dirt on my carpets he did a all out 1000 percent great job thanks

The agent did a spectacular job with the dash cam install. Treated my car well, and with respect. Also, treated us with respect, as well. Would recommend! The install was also straightforward and fast - took about an hour versus the quoted 1.5 hours online. Very pleased!

The gentlemen who performed my dashcam install get 5 stars, but the scheduling department only gets 1 star. Scheduled this appointment at the Best Buy on Meridian in Puyallup for the one near the Tacoma Mall. I arrived at the appointment to find out I didn't have said appointment. They were kind and took me. After I got home I got an email that stated that I missed the appointment???

The agents at the front desk set up my dash cam order and installation purchase amazingly. However, the agents who were to do the installation were late to the actual appointment time. The installation itself was satisfactory.

I just purchased a new car and wanted to install my first ever dashcam. I know people install these things themselves but I personally don't want to mess with my car. Mark did an amazing job installing both front and rear cams. It looks so professional, one could believe they came with the car. Don't go to Car Toys. Best Buy does an equally great job at half the price!

The techs mounted my dash cam and routed the wires around the windshield and under the dash so that it is not visible. The check-in tech talks too fast so hard to understand her. Needs to pause and take a few breaths.

Our installer, JACOB, was so helpful and professional. He explained to me the features of the Dash Cam and again to my husband later because he was not there after installation. He's excellent at his job and very good with the customer. You need more employees like him. He works in Best Buy Citris Heights, 6110 Cagebird Lane

Rene N. was an amazing tech. He’s very honest and knowledgeable in his field of specialty. He was very impressionable and professional. Rene was able to provide me the best of service even when another client was demanding his service as well. The other client did not have an appointment and Rene was able to prioritize my needs first. Any company should be proud of this employee.

Quality service and installation was completed successfully. Minor damage to a piece of moulding on the dash. I wouldn't have noticed it but the technician advised me of it, paid for the replacement piece and installed it at no charge. I'm impressed with the honesty and ownership and will continue to have work done here.

My 3rd car Dashcam installation performed by Agent Garry Vangundy Jr. He has installed cams in 3 of our cars and each was a perfect job.

The agents who mounted my dash cam, did an excellent job. I had purchased a brand that had all the features I wanted, but it was less expensive than other brands, therefore the agents worked with what they were given and did an excellent job at installing the item. It is still working and working well. Not sure that will be the case the next time.

Much thanks to the Geek Squad for being careful with my wife’s car during installation of the dual dash cam. They were even patiently waiting for my wife’s call back for permission on what they need to do that would change the car. Just a small tweak due to the model of the car. Everything turned out great and works. Definitely Recommend.

I had an issue with my dash cam and Best Buy helped to figure out that it was the main chord from the front to the back cam. They were very easy to work with and fixed the issue pretty quickly. Their price is very good compared to a few other places I checked as well, I will be back if I need something else installed.

Great service. The service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, my dash cam kept having error messages stating that my microchip disk needs formatting.

Mr. Dakya M was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all the features of my dash cam. He was very patient and understanding. I commend him on his outstanding customer service and vast knowledge of my installation.

The installation went smoothly as expected. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to get the dash cam installed while navigating through a very difficult and busy work schedule. After using the newly installed dash cam, I encountered no issues. Highly recommended!

Chris was my technician and he couldn't have been better. He explained a few things along the way, cleaned up when he was done, and showed how to operate it when he was all done. We discussed another installation in my other vehicle and he convinced me to get the head unit and install it at the same time as the dashcam.
