Geek Squad team was very helpful and easy to work with. Only concern was difficulty setting appointments and long wait times in the store to talk to a tech adviser.

The agents transferred all my info from my old tower to my new one. It did not take long and I am very satisfied with the job done. The nice thing was I didn't have to do anything. They did it all!

I brought my old tower to store with the backup thing. Within 3 hrs,called me to OK work. My desk top was same as my old PC although they forgot to install Norton. I had to wait 3 weeks to get a Geek Squad member come to house to set up.

As a writer, my computer is one of the most important possessions! When the motherboard died, while I was working on a project, my heart sank. I was in a time crunch, but I didn't want to quickly buy a computer that ultimately didn't meet my needs. In no time at all, Geek squad transferred data from the nonfunctioning computer to a comparable family computer for a short-term fix. The "fix" they recommended was timely and very very affordable. I appreciate that. The service plan is worth every penny!

I bought an Asus all in one computer in early May as my eight year old computer's processor couldn't keep up with the newer programs and kept locking up. I wanted my photos, desktop icons, and favorites transferred to my new ASUS computer. The Geek Squad did a great job of getting them all on my new computer and took the time to show me how my new computer worked with Windows 10 as my old computer had Windows 7. Great job by the Geek Squad!

My data backup was done right before sending off to the manufacturer while the computer could not turn on anymore. And I got the data backup right after I got my computer back from the manufacturer.

My laptop unexpectedly stopped working after several days of activity. No ability to launch or login. Geek Squad to the rescue. So happy I remembered that Best Buy offered the service and when I described the issue, the techs were able to present possible alternatives. The laptop unfortunately could not be salvaged but thanks to the squad's expertise, they were able to transfer my hard drive data to my flash drive for further use. Thanks a million times over!

Had Geek squad install a SSD as a replacement for an older drive unit has worked well since, seems way faster, but when explaining the issue they had a hard time explaining down to me, also they didn’t inform me I would have to re-purchase Microsoft office suit. But everything works well and they were able to keep all my pics and files so that’s the main thing.

The agent backed up my HDD, which I couldn't do because the laptop was not able to boot up. It was stuck in a boot-up loop and never could get into Windows. It took a couple of days to get my laptop HDD backed up.

I bought new cell phone at Best Buy. Price was ok , but it was not in stock, so I had to get it in mail & bring it in . a Geek transferred info from old cell phone to new cell phone . There was a little problem or 2, but he got it to work.

I have had help with a variety of problems on several laptops in the past. Each agent I deal with is professional, courteous and knowledgeable.on various levels of proficiency. They work as a team and cross train to increase their proficiency. I especially like their ability to resolve some problems by taking over the computer from their site while i am using my laptop from home!

The geeksters made it easy, looked at stuff I wanted to keep from my old computer, made my wish list and took in old computer. They took my new computer, my list, made some good suggestions and three days later it was ready. They offered classes to help me understand new computer and opened new computer and went over operating systems with me. They are worth every penny!

Our old computer crashed and Katie was able to retrieve most of the information on our old computer. Transferred the information to a new hard drive and also saved the information to a flash drive. Our old computer runs great and also had her install MicroSoft Office 365. Katie was excellent!! Thank you Katie!

Very pleased with the service I received. The knowledge of the employees is impressive. Richard was very patient with me and answered all of my question and concerns without feeling rushed. He is definitely an asset to Best Buy!

I couldn't get an appointment by phone.. I came into the store and the man behind the Geek Squad counter helped me immediately. Without an appointment. He was very helpful
