    I've never seen such a big electrical device with such little directions.I was expecting a manuel , not four sheets of paper. So I had to call in for the final step , which wasn't in the direction.

    I bought 2 HP omnibooks, traded in two old HP laptops. Geek Squad cleaned up old PC & transfered data to the two new PC & they did it all in less than 2 hrs.

    When I got my computer I was going to have to leave it for 3 to 4 days. Well I don't know about you but I can't be without it that long. So I called Geek Squad and she got me set uo in know time. Very knowledgeable.

    Agent was extremely helpful in my purchase of Iphone 16. Transferred my info, put the screen saver on for me and new case. All with a friendly smile.
