    This was a bad experience for me. The locals were accommodating, polite, and tried very hard to recover my crashed hard drive. Ended up sending it to Best Buy headquarters for a couple of weeks and still was unable to recover the information of my hard drive.

    There was one customer at the counter when I walked up. There were 2 geek squad employees behind the counter. Only one was helping a customer, the other watching. A third geek squad employee came out, saw me and a couple people in line before me, and turned around and went straight in the back. It should be a priority to get customers helped as quickly as possible, but I have not seen that happen at the geek squad counter nor the customer service counter. In the end they couldn't help me, and had to mail it to the lower 48...

    I accidentally wiped all of my son’s pictures (including baby photos) from a flash drive. All I can say is thank goodness for Geek Squad. They were able to send out my drive and recover everything that was lost on the drive. I am forever grateful for them and this top notch service!
