Annoying

Then I received a call asking me to purchase a flash drive to put my data on. Are you kidding me? I have all the warranties and Total Tech. I have plenty of flash drives at home that I could have provided to the agent if I knew about this junk. I was not updated about the progress of my repair. I had to keep reaching out and they couldn't find my service order or the status of my repair. This service is the worst.

All I can say is thank goodness for Geek Squad. They were able to send out my drive and recover everything that was lost on the drive. I am forever grateful for them and this top notch service!
