Thank you geek squad! I just wish you guys had a quicker turnaround, it toook nearly 2 months to get my hard disk back.

Please remember we are not techy people. When you say 90% recovered, we think 90% of the files, not the space. That's a whole different message.

Used data recovery service with partial success after a PC crash

Very happy that my data was able to be recovered from my crashed Mac Book Pro...but DANG, that was a LOT of money!!!! :(

The data recovery was pricey but competitive compared to other level 3 data recovery. You can't really put a price on personal data such as pictures, but the price is such a large leap once you get to level 3. I shopped around and there were facilities that could complete the job for a little less money but you can't beat the reliability of geek squad.

Tech guy Carlos was very good at listening and explaining problem and how he would resolve issue.

Geek Squad was able to Recover my Data when my Computer went totally DEAD. They Saved Cherished Memories and Important Files. They SAVED me!

So far everything has been good. Hard drive went out. Had replaced and old hard drive sent off for data recovery

Great job, but a little high in prices. We can't afford it

The Geek Squad did and outstanding job recovering pictures from a SD Card that had been accidentally reformatted before saving the pictures to another device. They recovered ALL the pictures, I was very impressed by their service.

Had lightning strike/run in on my internet/cable and render my external hard drive inoperable. Geek Squad Data Recovery center was able to extract irreplaceable data, including one of a kind historical family photos.

My external hard drive broke with all of my child's baby pictures on it. Geek squad was able to advise me on what could be done and sent it out to recover my photos. All of my data was recovered for less than I thought I was going to have to pay. Soooo happy to get my pictures back.☀

They did a great job of retrieving the files. Unfortunately, the staff didn't tell me until the end that the files would no longer have their file names assigned at creation.
