Was looking forward to this but right when I opened it I noticed some major issues. 1, they say in the instructions not to reuse mix tips, and that 6 are included for the 6 treatments. Well sealed in a little baggy were 4 tips and then 1 just sitting on top, 5 total. 2nd issue wasn’t one of the treatments was not even filled in the tube. So my kits will only end up with 5 treatments. The kit for my wife has both syringes completely filled with the solution. I might add that my wife’s kit came with 5 mix tips sealed in one bag and not the 6 as listed. Extremely disappointed in a $100 product. Hopefully Best Buy will accept a return.

I really like this product- I bought one for myself and one for my grown daughter. A BIG difference was seen on her even with the first use. Not as much with me because I already use whitening products, but still a nice, noticeable difference.

This product actually does work pretty well. The only problem is that it irritates your gums and can make your teeth sensitive. This goes away not long afterwards, but still is a minor irritant.

Could noticeably see a difference in how white my teeth were after the first few times using this product

Easy to use, very pleased with result. Saw that others had issues with gum discomfort but I did not experience any problem.

Not for sensitive teeth. Left my gums white and gave me a blister. I’m sure it works for non-sensitive teeth, but buyer beware. This is strong but will do what it says.

It works but it kinda makes your teeth sensitive in the beginning. After a few days it goes away

I've used these in the past and the one thing that I would offer- take pictures before you start using it! I think that because I have experienced a gradual change in my teeth, I'd like to THINK that it worked great, but can't say for sure. As I'm writing this I think that if I checked my back teeth, I should be able to see a difference.

I was able to get this at half the price and it is worth it. As for whitening its a process but it does show well at least to me.

It doesn’t take much time. You don’t have to sleep with it like with other products. You will start see result on the second day. Great product.
