This game brings back so many memories from when I first played the original on Playstation 3! Playing it now with the updated graphics and added features gives it a real nice touch and made it seem like I was playing it for the very first time all over again.

I remember playing this when it first came out on Xbox 360. Fantastic storytelling and visual that bring together an epic sci-fi horror game. I’m not particularly one to play horror games, but this one seemed to be the perfect middle ground for me. Love that they updated the visuals and added a few more things to the overall game. Highly recommend.

I played the original dead space and loved it, but I feel like this remake improves the game in every single way. It's so atmospheric and violent, while staying true to the original story. I recommend playing this game to anyone regardless of whether they played the original or not.

This is how a remaster is done properly. Actually I’d go so far to say this is more of a remake than remaster considering all of the improvements made. The graphics are top notch and really show what the current hardware can do. The sound design is masterful and is best experienced with 3D headphones if you have them. The force feedback of the dual sense is frivolous icing on an already delicious cake.

I have no experience with the original Dead Space games, so I have no idea how well this remake holds up compared to its predecessors, but on it’s own it’s a very solid sci fi horror game. Also haptic feedback on PS5 controller is a cool addition.

Prior to playing this game, I have not played a Dead Space game. After playing through this one, I can say I am now hooked by this franchise. The sound quality, graphics, and controls complement the claustrophic environment and eerie atmosphere perfectly. The gameplay is also relatively simple and easy to grasp while being extremely effective. Hope there's more remakes to be made

The Dead Space remake is a prime example of how to update a classic for the modern era while keeping true to the spirit of the original. The remake keeps everything great about the 2008 horror classic whilst also introducing a host of changes, including updated controls and lore elements presented from the sequels and additional media like the comics and films. This remake should set the bar for all future game remakes

This is a perfect example of how a remake of a video game should be done. Not only did they manage to improve the look of the game while keeping the gameplay the same, but they added and changed parts of the game to make it better than the original. It was such an improvement over the original that I wanted to earn all the Playstation trophies and hope that the sequels get the remake treatment as well.

This remake builds on the classic in every way possible way. 10/10

Terrifying like it should be. I wish Callisto protocol had followed the cues of Dead space.
