This game was and is a masterpiece! I’m just glad that I get to experience it once again. To this day, no other game has made me jump as much as this one and all these years later, it still does! I don’t think I could have asked for a better remake!

Great graphics great gameplay a big step up from the original. And for such a low price, you can’t beat it.

Nice story graphic is awesome and scary too will play many times.

With the update in the graphics, the game doesn’t suffer from the “too dark” problem most had with the ps3 version. The controls are much better too

Never played the older version of Dead Space but this remake is Excellent. My opinion is it is the best horror action video of all. The graphics, soundtrack and storyline are superb. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

This game as presented on PS5 is blood curdling fun. It has crisp, tight graphics, and the most horrific jump out of your skin soundtrack I’ve ever heard. Highly recommended if you like science fiction/horror/shooter games.

Motive studio improved upon the original in every way. The mechanics, story, and of course the graphics are so much better. There is no reason to purchase the original unless you are examining the history of the original Dead Space.

Everything that made DS2 great was added to the first game and came this masterpiece of a remake, no microtransactions that ruined the third game (you can skip the deluxe edition skins just fine) and additional scenes that fill up the blank points left in the original (NPC Elizabeth Cross scenes, well thought devs)

Great remake of a great game. I was afraid that they might ruin the charm of the original but I have to admit that they pulled it off on a Resident Evil’s remakes level - hats off. I know that the game sold not great and we won’t see another game in the series but still - amazing experience and a need to buy for every horror games fan!

The atmosphere, plot, gameplay, and mechanics are amazing I cannot recommend this game enough. Its pure fun and horror.

In a world where remakes are everywhere, one can get a little sick and tired of them. This one however is absolutely neat and graphically insane (In both graphics and gore). The original is out dated and hard to find (still good though) and the remake adds a little more topping to the game. TL;DR Good game, great suspense. Just like the RE4 remake.

It's a beautiful and terrifying remake of my favorite PS3 game of all time. Dead Space is just as great as the original with some modern upgrades and improvements to the graphics and story background.

This Dead Space remake brings the original back up to par with modern day graphics, controls and scares! It’s a great entry for both new fans and old fans!

Was heartbroken to see how dead space ended after the third installment. Without getting too deep into that, this game gas improved on the first entry in every possible way. Would strongly recommend to any fan of the original, and even any kind of gamer casual or otherwise that can stomach a scary game. Amazing visuals, alot of variety in the combat and enemies that you come accross. Hoping this game does well enough to get a sequel seeing as Dead Space 2 is one of my personal favorite games of all time.

Easily the greatest remake I've ever played. I haven't been able to put it down. If you enjoy survival horror and sci-fi with an emphasis on story and atmosphere, this is a must-play.

The original Dead Space was scary enough and the remake is no different! Plus with some new scares thrown in there to shake it up!

I am halfway into the game, and it has been a blast. I replayed the original one along with Dead Space 2 about a month ago, and it has been a treat to play this one right after. I am constantly comparing both games and they have improved and added some much content that sometimes it feels like a new game; even-though the core game is the same. This is a must-play for veterans of the series and a perfect timing for newcomers to get into it.
