Loved the first dead space and all the ones after hopefully they remake 2 and 3 also

Easily the greatest remake I've ever played. I haven't been able to put it down. If you enjoy survival horror and sci-fi with an emphasis on story and atmosphere, this is a must-play.

This Dead Space remake brings the original back up to par with modern day graphics, controls and scares! It’s a great entry for both new fans and old fans!

I am halfway into the game, and it has been a blast. I replayed the original one along with Dead Space 2 about a month ago, and it has been a treat to play this one right after. I am constantly comparing both games and they have improved and added some much content that sometimes it feels like a new game; even-though the core game is the same. This is a must-play for veterans of the series and a perfect timing for newcomers to get into it.

Was heartbroken to see how dead space ended after the third installment. Without getting too deep into that, this game gas improved on the first entry in every possible way. Would strongly recommend to any fan of the original, and even any kind of gamer casual or otherwise that can stomach a scary game. Amazing visuals, alot of variety in the combat and enemies that you come accross. Hoping this game does well enough to get a sequel seeing as Dead Space 2 is one of my personal favorite games of all time.

Had a blast. Had one hang up that needed a save reset mid game so make additional save files just to be safe

I’ve played the original dead space twice, and playing this version felt like a whole new playthrough. Even though I knew where the jump-scares happen or what to expect around the corner, the game would still surprise me! The audio design is superb, the voice acting great, and the gameplay still holds up. If you like survivor horror, then this is a no-brainer. Its is still of the best Horror games ever made.

If you loved the original, you’ll love this. It approved upon every aspect and adds more to the story. Loved getting to revisit the Ishimura all over again.

I replayed the OG Dead Space before the remake and I liked the remake more than the original, and keep in mind the original is still a masterpiece that still holds up to this day. I loved the upgraded visuals and lighting, as well as the combat changes plus how you traverse the Ishiumura. This game still terrifies me/has me on edge and that's a good thing. If you have the time and the money, definitely check this game out if you're a fan of horror and the Dead Space franchise.

I love when BB has a game deal. So worth it to get a new one.

Great suspense filled shooter, very story packed and overall interesting and great looking game

So far the story has been amazing with the graphics being awesome.

If you like action games and survival horror this is the game for you. If you want an action game play it in medium to easy difficulty, if you want a survival horror play it in hard. If your taste in games and movies is about sci-fi and horror, you’ll enjoy this jewel.

Great, great, great remake from the ground up to one of my favorite games of all time. Hopefully they do Dead Space 2 and 3 as well. Great graphics and fun gameplay!

Looking for a fun and scary experience? This is the game for you it’s a wonderful remaster of the old dead space game!

This is a remake should be done. The company that did the remaster saw the issues with the original game and corrected a lot of quality life changes that need to be done. This game also increases the hardness even for the lower settings. Easy still requires item management! Congrats to Motive for making one of my favorite games even better! my only issue is that Sony raising the prices for PS5 games does limit how many games I now purchase. I did drop the value down one star due to Sony upping the prices, this is not Best Buy fault.

The original Dead Space was scary enough and the remake is no different! Plus with some new scares thrown in there to shake it up!

This remake is exceptional and certainly brings the same horror and atmosphere from the original with improved graphics, lighting, sound, and mechanics.

Awesome game. Never played any of the original Dead Space games. Love the graphics, mechanics, variety of weapons and abilities, and storyline so far.
