Was eyeing this game remake for a while and waited for a good sale. Best Buy came through and had the game for $20 so i jumped on that deal.

Worth every penny

Many enhancements including visuals, smoother gameplay, different changes to how u approach puzzles, and great atmospheric audio. Weird hearing Issac talk given he was mute in the original but since its the VA for DS2 & 3, im happy. Definitely better than the Callisto Protocol which tried to expand on DS but didnt measure up to the legend.

Harder Than You Remember

It is also harder to remove limbs. Very good game, just wish the difficulty hadn't been artificially increased.

A pretty good remake for Horror Fans

This one however is absolutely neat and graphically insane (In both graphics and gore). The original is out dated and hard to find (still good though) and the remake adds a little more topping to the game. TL;DR Good game, great suspense. Just like the RE4 remake.

If you've played the OG, this will feel familiar but highly polished, it is worth playing. If you haven't, get ready for a unique horror experience.
