Before playing Death Stranding, I read many bad reviews about the game. After now having played for 90+ hours, it's my opinion that this is the best game of 2019. It's not for everyone, but for those curious about it, take the plunge and before you know it, you won't be able to stop playing this masterpiece. Well done Kojima.

this game has an amazing story and interesting lore

I had no idea what I was getting myself into. At first it was difficult to understand the story but after a couple days of playing it I was hooked. Just a really good story with a nice original concept. Can be really intense at times Played this one twice. Hope there’s a sequel

This is going to be a "love it" or "hate it" kind of game. I for one loved it. It's very atmospheric and heavily story driven. Some people might think its little repetitive and a "Walking simulator", but I feel like those people are missing out on a great story and a great game.

Very original game from the creator of metal gear solid franchise, that has you in the role of Sam bridges, a porter, who's in charge of reconnecting America. It's not for everyone, but if you enjoy games like truck simulator or missions where you're in charge of delivering cargo, you will enjoy this!

This game takes a bit of work to get into but the world becomes engrossing and beautiful. It goes a bit off the rails, but this has proven to be an immersive and wonderful experience. Voice acting is well performed and the story itself, while quirky, shows a lot of development and delivers.

I think to get the full experience of the game, it requires you to play it a certain way, but if you do it's very rewarding if you're into building and designing stuff. It's not an action game, but the online component and how it encourages you to help out others is cool.

Death Stranding has been weird so far. The game mechanics and systems aren't your typical kind of fare, and there is little traditional combat so far. It takes some time to get into, so you have to be patient at first, but slowly you start to get the feel for it.

This game is awesome! It's different thqn most games out there and cinematic! It's not your typical shooter or story game. It's weird but cool! Kojima is a genius! The game starts off long and slow but the more you play, the more things you get to do! I love it!

if you have played MGS series, this definitely feels similar to it. except there isn't any shooting (at least I haven't gotten to it if there is guns). Norman Reedus is perfect for this role, makes me feel like I'm watching something similar to Walking Dead.

The game was very interesting in how it presented the plot and the characters. The main part of the game is very tedious, but if you like open world games it shouldn't be a problem. Overall, I think it has a good balance between plot and gameplay.

It's one of those games that is hard to explain unless you play it. It isn't completely action based and its more storytelling but great enough to keep you intrigued and wanting more! Kojima and team really did and outstanding job with it.

I wanted to like this game so much But just gave up after feeling like I was actually doing a walking simulator. I waited a long time for this game heck the only reason I bought the ps4 was for this game but . It is what it is .
