My one caveate about the game is that it covers up the motion indicator that allows the art to go on and off. That sort of defeats one of the main purposes of getting a Frame TV.

A must have if you buy the Frame TV! We had the TV for a day without it, and once we added this, it changed the appearance drastically! Love this!

I am absolutely in love with this Samsung Deco TV frame. Everyone that comes over thinks that it is a painting.

The frame is nice, but I’m having trouble getting the artwork. It seems no artwork comes with the frame unless you pay a monthly fee.

Just gorgeous frame. Really sets off the frame TV. Had some issues with the frame blocking the TV sensors but once you figure that out it’s been smooth sailing. Lots of compliments

We are very happy with this product. The assembly was very easy and we had it up in five minutes after opening the box. Instructions were excellent. The frame is of high quality and adds a sense of grandeur to ensure the Samsung TV Frame looks and feel like a piece of classic art. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love my Deco TV frame! My husband purchased the antique gold for my beautiful she-shed, and it has truly elevated the space. Watching TV in such a gorgeous setting feels like a luxury retreat. The frame itself is stunning, blending seamlessly with my decor and making the television look like a work of art. Installation was quick and effortless, making the entire experience even better. I would highly recommend.

Very easy to install. And light. Almost can’t get in your own way. Also happy it is made from recycled materials and their waste created while making them is recycled too or used as samples.

I always wanted a frame TV. I chose this particular frame to go with the house decor. My TV and the frame were installed today and both are amazing. The technicians agreed that this is the most good looking frame they have installed up to date. I agree, it looks like a piece of art. Well, it is a piece of art. I am so pleased with this purchase!

The product is perfect. Best Buy customer service at the Highland Indiana location is absolutely horrible. Waited over a 1/2 hour after being told an item I ordered couldn’t be released to me. I was told to call customer service at a toll free number. When the customer service rep finally picked up the call she informed me that my order should have been released to me without any issues. Reached out the the district manager via email and never got a response. I literally cut up my card. Grant Appliances and The Home Depot offer the same products. Best Buy clearly doesn’t value their customers time. I asked for a 10% discount for my inconvenience. An amount that would have totaled $59. A meager amount for the 1/2 hour of frustration I experienced. The review and rating is solely based on the service I received and not the product
