Remote access terrible

Customer support is lousy. Even though the firmware has an option for internet ip connection, support people say it can not be used.

Product/Customer Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do NOT buy this brand! Camera quality is poor during daylight and worse with IR. Customer service is VERY POOR! I owned this product (different model number) just over a year. Had DVR and a dome camera replaced under warranty. Recently (9/2018) sent DVR and another camera in for repair. Was not reparable. Getting refund from Square Trade.
