I use to have another brand's PTZ camera but it was not precise at all!! Easy install, easy setup, great quality. Loving my new camera. P.S. my husband is obsessed that we ended up buying more!

It was really easy to set up and connect to Wifi and the app. The pan and zoom work smoothly, and it's easy to keep an eye on things. Definitely worth getting if you need a solid camera.

Customer service was decent but their information was wrong. I made a 1 1/2 hr trip 1 way to return to the Best Buy store. Their info was wrong as well. I hsd to call customer service all over again to get a shipping label. I this when they could have just sent the 4 camera on it's own.
