This center channel speaker fits perfectly in my tv cabinet, it has great sound for movies as well as regular tv viewing.

This is a great all purpose center speaker unit, music, sports or cinema. Produces clear vocals and rich mids and bass. Produces better sound than the Kliptsch bookshelf speakers. I find I have to use them to make up for the lack of highs when listening to music, even though I sacrifice 'stereo'. Well worth the price, as the experts say, "the center speaker is the most important component" of your home theater set-up, producing 75% of the sound. The DEF TECH PC1000 fulfills its role well.

This was recommended to me by the magnolia associate in store to go with my wharfedale diamond 220's. I had been using the wharfedales with my computer but decided to build a real home theater setup with my TV. Excellent sound. I am very pleased. Seems like a good match for the wharfedales - It is slightly louder than they are, but the receiver's auto correction corrects for this.

Definitely helped improve the voice clarity. Really small but packs a large sound.

Great quality, nice size. Helps the sound sound much better with is, I feel it might be a little to small for my theater and my built in wall speakers but for now its really good.

I'm very happy with this middle speaker. It sounds great, and it's the perfect size.

A bit of overkill really but I have an older Marantz receiver and feed 7 channels direct from my computer to the receiver. I have the center behind the monitors and matching ProMonitor 1000 5-1/4" L&R front speakers at ear level. For the surround I use some old Bose outdoor speakers. The center channel is boosted up a bit and I still get great clarity even behind the monitors. The overkill was worth it to me because I get quality right away and I'll use them forever.

Perfect addition for my garage system. Old Iowa center channel was fine, but this really brought out some crisp sound I didn't know I was missing.

This is a nice center channel speaker that is well made and provides clear dialogue. The price is very competitive and it looks good with it's piano black finish. However, it is not suitable for a large room. Even with the powerful receiver I have driving it, the speaker is not going to provide any wow factor. Upstairs I paired it with some Definitive Technology Demand 6's, which are a perfect match. However, I also bought one due to space constraints for my larger room, and it is overmatched by the Klipsch speakers I have there. Bottom line, for a small to mid-size room, it is a nice center channel speaker with a smaller footprint and good looks.
