Having a front speaker carry the burden of natural-sounding voices is daunting, but this Definitive model does its job perfectly. My poor hearing now picks up the upper ranges of female voices that I previously struggled to catch. This is a quaity product.

I bought this to replace a ProCinema center channel. I already had the left and right 1000s and rear ProCinemas. Previously, the rear was fine, stereo was fine, but the center channel was lacking. With this setup, everything sounds great now!

worked well, sounds better than expected. Had to change to a klipsch reference series quad 3 1/2 center speaker (only for the looks). Have a weird size of space for a center speaker in my wall unit.

I upgraded from a Polk T30 center Channel to this Definitve Technology 1000 center channel. Talk about an upgrade! Great sound, looks great and easy to hook up. Very crisp clean sound when watching a movie or sports and video games sound amazing.

I am upgrading my surround sound a little at a time. I am using an old set of speakers with my new receiver but didn't have a center channel speaker. I decided I didn't want to spend lots of money but wanted something that would give me decent sound for the money. I bought this in anticipation of buying matching front speakers in the near future. I'm pretty happy with how it sounds with my existing speakers. I'm looking forward to upgrading the rest as I can.

Have an atmos only I reciever... don’t ya e great speakers. This is my 2nd upgrade from an all in the box Yamaha set of speakers. Better clarity and space for sure which is exactly what we wanted.

Outstanding center channel speaker. Great match for my Definitive satellite speakers and Definitive subwoofer. Actually better sound quality than my old Mirage very expensive center channel.

Not so. This Def Tech Pro Center channel speaker is awesome. And fits well with the 8060 Def Tech towers I used for the front speakers. During conversational scenes in a movie, the towers quiet down and the center channel is front and center. It performs very well.

A very nice center speaker at a good price. We are seniors and seem to be asking each other what they just said more often. This really helped and was easy to set up with our receiver. Happy with our purchase.

I had trouble hearing what some people say in some movies like when they mumble. So I needed to upgrade my center speaker to something that would sound clearer. This ProCenter 1000 sounds much better than my old speaker.

I got this center channel to match the my StudioMonitor 65, oh boy does it do it job. The store had a lower open box price then where was listed online!!

The ProCenter speaker is well made and brings rich, clear voices and music into the room. Definitely an integral component of and excellent sound system. The ProCenter 1000 easily works well in our 13x24 family room.

This is by far the best center channel speaker i have purchased. Sounds is crisp and clear. Works very well on my Marantz 5010 receiver. I have Energy CF70 as my front channel surrounds and Polk in wall speakers for my rears with a Klipsch 10" sub. My wife didn't understand my excitement until we watched a movie and she realized the dialogue was so much better even when the volume was low.

The Definitive ProCenter 1000 is a great center channel for someone looking for a mid range level setup and not wanting to break the bank in doing so. Great quality sound from a reputable company.

Very impressed with sound quality out of this and was a great upgrade from what I currently own. Upgrading my other speakers to DT products as well now. Wall mounts work great as well.

This Center channel speaker is incredible with front facing speakers as well as side speakers all in one unit. Clarity is incredible well worth the money in fact it's a little underpriced.

When this center speaker was added to surround system, it boosted the whole system. Thought about buying a little more expensive speaker, but glad we didn't. Definitive Tech speakers are the best sounding, for the price, of any speaker I have heard.

Had Def Tech towers for years, so it was a easy choice on the center. All I can say is the sound is sharp and clear, the voices sound very natural and realistic! I would highly recommend this center speaker for the price!

I wanted to use legacy speakers that the previous owner left prewired in wall. I needed a center channel speaker for the 5.1 arrangement and the Best Buy magnolia sales recommended this speaker. I am happy with it. Very clear sound.
