I have always set up my electronics but decided to use the Geek Squad becuase of the Home Theater sound set up. This was a great decision. I will do this from now on when I purchase new equipment.

Ben and his assistant really helped me with the unplanned mounting of the TV on Sanus swivel stand (which I bought at bb in advance) and helped with extending Ethernet with Homeplug. Great job done with quality and speed!

The Geek Squad technician was very friendly and did a great job setting up our new Computer. He was patient answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.

He was personable - professional - answered questions, etc. The Comcast person was there at the same time so Comcast basically handled the questions about hook up.

Geek Squad is a very professional group. They know what they are doing. as long as you have the real Geek Squad. Was not pleased with Third party choice.

Delivery and installation was priced with my Sony TV. The Geek Squad service remains A number 1. Plus utilize their service if you are not a do-it-yourselfer.
