They were very professional and ensured I was happy with everything. They cleaned up and left business cards in case I had any questions.

I definitely would recommend have this TV installed by the Geek Squad. Tech was awesome and took the time to explain all the features of our new TV.

Our service tech did a great job on all the newly installed devices, with the exception of not settling up our sound system. The sound system remote was found later, but no instructions provided. We had to have an additional service call to provide sound setup.

My problem was properly diagnosed and resolve within twenty minutes. I was delighted with the service that I received as well as the end results.

The initial appointment went well and the tech was great and professional. Later on, I needed some help finishing the install and couldn't get anyone between Geek Squad and Best Buy to do anything about it until I told them I would dispute the entire purchase with my cc company. Very aggravating. Finally, they sent someone from BB who very professionally took care of the problem in just a couple minutes, so, hence, it ended well, the way it should have several hours earlier. The GS field supervisor, Sandy, was very helpful in the process. So, I checked that I would recommend, but I would also recommend checking out other possibilities of businesses that do this type of service, before you make the final decision.
