I wish the tech would have taken some time to go thru the setting and everything else as I was told they would do. Instead he stated you'll never use these.

This service is a bit overpriced, especially for those who can competently do it themselves. If this had been pointed out as an optional service, I would not have ordered it. However, for those seeking one-stop service, having everything done by "The Professionals" can be very compelling, and the work was done very well.

First of all, they came to install the TV 4 hrs. earlier than they were supposed to. It wasn't Geek Squad. It was someplace that Best Buy contracts out work to. The TV was supposed to be installed on the wall with NO wires showing. They were getting ready to leave and I checked it out and ALL the wires were hanging down the wall! When I explained that they were supposed to hide the wires, they groaned and begrudgingly did it the right way, commenting to my husband that it would had been nice if I would have told them that in the beginning. That's what the order was for!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Unhappy with soundbar time for sound to turn on even when I place the remote close. Also, can tuning be adjusted for less bass and a bit more treble tones?

The guy did set up the tv and connected the tv to the net but was rushing, also the tv was not connecting to the net easily but he didn't take that seriously.
