The setup time took from 8 am to 6 pm and the setup was still incomplete and my projector screen was not properly installed.

I paid extra for a geek squad connection but the guys who delivered my new TV were totally useless. They said they had NO idea how to hook up to Direct TV and to make matters worse, the set came with NO instructions for the TV and remote. I had to wait three extra days for the geek squad to get me scheduled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It was complicated to connect the new receiver to the older TV. They did a good job of making sure that everything worked properly and I understood how to work the new remote and receiver.

my 55 " Samsung tv is great! I highly recommend Best Buy and the Samsung product. The Geek Squad installed it perfectly and I am very happy with the entire experience.

Paid too much for the service, for the work performed. Bought 4K cable for set up, which the never used. I was not notified and almost threw the cable box away. Just happened to look in the box, which contained the uninstalled cable.
