Great relatively inexpensive 16gig laptop. Long time Apple user actually enjoying touch screen. So far so good - got it for nursing school.

Laptop looks brand new and works great, to be honest I wasn’t worried since I always buy refurbished or open box and will continue to do so.

Came earlier than exodcted and is in cvreat condition. The graphics are better than i imagined! I would definitely recon this comouter its amazing especially for the sims

This was a great deal and exactly what I needed on a budget. You'd never be able to tell that it's refurbished.

Great refurbished Dell laptop from JoySystems. It has fulfilled all my expectations, it's a very reliable computer. The only negative I have noticed is it seems to have sound issues sometimes (when joining certain video calls), and the maximum volume is a little bit quiet. However, the bluetooth works great, so sometimes I'll connect it to speakers and play sound that way. I got the laptop for grad school and general use, and it's been perfect for my needs!

Bought for daily use ms word, movies, internet surfing and games. Speed, battery life, display all good. This being my first refurbished product I was bit nervous, but iOS far so good.

I bought this computer for school and to be able to work CAD programs. So far it has been great. Joy Systems did a wonderful job refurbishing it. It looked nearly new when I opened up the package, and only found tiny clues to it being refurbished after looking very closely for wear. The set up felt like I had just bought a new computer. I have not had any issues with it running autoCAD, but have not done much on it yet and will update this review if I have any issues.

This laptop from Joy Systems arrived in a like new physical condition. I was impressed with the packaging as it arrived packaged almost like a new laptop would. It came with Windows 11 already set up which was a huge plus since I bought this laptop to work on my programming projects in Visual Studio when I'm not able to work at my desk on my PC. Wish the battery life was better but it's an older refurbished laptop and I don't mind keeping the charger on me so it still gets 5 stars from me.

This laptop is amazing. You would never be able to tell it is refurbished. Setting up was quick and painless. Needed a laptop because I am disabled and in and out of the hospital all the time. Dragging a desktop around is not an option. The laptop has a great screen, the speed is fast, have had no problems with the laptop. Mainly needed for social media, watching videos on streaming platforms and YouTube, Have had no issues, And even better is it does not weigh much so easy to take with you. Would highly recommend this laptop. What is even better was that I could download my Chrome. When looking for a laptop saw so many saying that had to shut something off to download it. I did not have to close anything down. Went straight to Chrome and downloaded it.

I am very happy with this laptop. This laptop was suggested to me by a friend based on my needs and wants.

Refurbished. So obviously its a good computer but really dinged up. Microsoft uses Joy systems and i even recieved a personalized card with the name of the person who assembled my computer. I am pleased.

For those who are looking for a laptop with an excellent price and a quality product, it is a good option.

Love this laptop! Perfect for what I need it for and has a great battery life!
