The original reason for purchasing this item was because my previous laptop would not allow me to push the G or H.

The day I picked it up from the store, I brought it back to set it up and an error message was found on the screen! I was unable to go forward. I had to send it back to the company that so called refurbished it. Customer service was below mediocre. I was told that the issue was due to an update! You don't take care of this before putting the device on the shelves?! I was told that a usb was coming which would update the computer. It took OVER A WEEK for it to get to me and it was sent by USPS which was beyond slow! Only when I left a review did someone reach out and the computer was sent back. No one updated me on progress w/the laptop and I was sent another refurbished device and not told the stats on it. Best Buy isn't a place I'd go to again. Mind the company you keep Best Buy! Joy Systems is NOT where it's at! They're more like a liability.

Better than expected refurbished laptop. Minor scratches on the bottom part but the screen and keyboard are like new. Everything is properly installed (minus Microsoft office). Great laptop for the price.
