    This was a refurbished laptop. Manufactured in 2020. Refurbed and resold to me in July 2023. The refurbishment provided a good price for the performance: i7, 32GB, 2TB SSD. It worked very well until it didn't. Motherboard went bad in July 2025. Two years of use. Also, BB doesn't offer protection on refurbed laptops. I won't buy another.

    This computer came really nicely packed, shipped fast, and had no issues starting up. Very sleek restoration and I wouldn’t have ever known it was refurbished if I didn’t buy it for myself. Well done!

    Have it for about 7 months. Issue: Battery is blinking white and orange lights. Non original battery installed according to online forum Laptop itself is excellent. Would still recommend to buy this model

    Backlit keyboard defective. Have to return it. You would think that would have been checked out before it was shipped to me. Will return it and get another of the same since I like all the other features. Hopefully the replacement will be completely checked out before it is sent to me.
