Works great! Set-up time was longer than expected, but my information and settings transfered without issue. The only thing I wish is that the keys lit up for the midnight grind, but the computer itself works great.

Love the speed of windows 11 and the screen appearance is just fantastic. The fan does make a louder noise when I watch anything that requires loading a program, Banking, News and YouTube to give a example. But it does get quiet shortly after the program pulls up.

Works as it should. Keyboard a little small for big fingers but workable. The right shift button is above the right arrow so it is easy to hit the wrong one. Overall good laptop

I’ve been using this Dell 15.6” 2K Touchscreen laptop with the Intel Core i7 processor, and it has been an excellent experience so far. The laptop runs fast and smoothly with no lag, even when multitasking or running multiple apps. The touchscreen is responsive and makes navigation easier, especially for work and browsing.

Needed a new laptop - old one (lenovo) died unexpectedly. Went right to BestBuy, knowing the make/model I wanted and was able to complete the purchase in minutes. So far the new Dell great, and was easy to setup. I'm a graphic designer and I haven't had any issues with my Adobe Suite apps at all.

Great price on an outstanding laptop. Highly recommend.

Brst laptop for students , good battery life , all best features for students

This Dell 15.6" touchscreen laptop is incredibly fast and responsive. The Intel Core i7 and 16GB RAM handle multitasking with ease, and the 1TB storage is more than enough. The 2K display is sharp and vibrant, perfect for work or streaming. Love the carbon black finish—highly recommended!

Great price with the speed and features I needed. Also got lucky with BB's Price Match when it went on sale a week later so got a refund for the difference. Thanks Best Buy!

Great value. Feels solid - specially the keyboard. It flies - excellent performance in normal browsing, word processing nd spreadsheet tasks.

Very pleased with this laptop. I am not a gamer so this has all the bells and whistles and storage space all at a great price. And best yet, the Geek Squad set it up and transferred everything from my old machine.

The laptop is very similar to a 16” Dell we bought about 3 years ago except it doesn’t have a few features which I’m fine with since this is about $400-$500 cheaper. I did wish it came with a camera shutter though. The keyboard has a very similar feel to some MacBooks which some people do prefer. We bought this on sale for about $500 so it was a really good deal

I have used Dell laptops in the past. I was always happy with this brand. This laptop didn't disappoint.

I've only had my new Dell laptop a week but like it so far. It's fast and works well. Kyle on the Geek Squad in Bloomington, IL was very helpful and knowledgeable. I like that it has 16 GB Memory and 1 TB storage.
