Works perfect, the touchscreen works perfectly, and the speed is just right

This Dell computer has been great for my uses. Being retired, my needs are emails, letters and some spreadsheets. I also read many news articles. This computer handles all electronic banking and travel booking arrangements. The Dell is much faster and will be easy to travel with.

I’ve had it for two weeks, very affordable, has lots of storage, I use it for work and other things, runs perfectly, and has had no issues.

I brought this laptop for myself due to school. So, far it works very well and is easy to use. It is touch screen which is not a bad feature to have.

This laptop is excellent. I’ve been using it for about a month for personal use and remote work and I haven’t encountered any slow speeds or issues yet. The battery lasts forever too.

This laptop runs very well for general use. I work with Word and Excel documents and they open quickly. Internet pages also open without hesitation. Very good for multi tasking. Nice size hard drive easily holds all my data and photos. I have had zero issues with heat from the laptop. All in all I am pleased with this Dell laptop.

Great computer so far. I seriously needed this upgrade for graphic design and this computer handles it all. I'm very happy with it. It handles my Adobe suite programs with no problem, three of them running at the same time. and very importantly, it has the right control button on the keyboard. Since I use the mouse with my left hand the right control button is very important for what I do.

Needed a new laptop - had not had a Dell for a while but went back to it. Good speed and good display. Does everything I need. It does get hot though otherwise 5 stars

I bought this laptop for business use, not casual browsing, and it has delivered exactly what I needed. The Ryzen 7 processor paired with 16GB of memory handles multiple applications at once without slowing down. Got it on discount, and I would say it is definitely worth it. It is no gaming machine but I was surprised it could run GTA V and Fortnite at all. Of course you need low settings, but I am still dumbfounded by how these games could run. The touch-screen is a plus, easy navigation. The specs are good for me, enough storage to last me for a while. Screen is a very good size, not too big, not too small. Still good for me, I plan to use for the next 4 years or so. If it is on sale for $400, I'd say that is a steal! Only negative was the touch-pad had a little scratch (barely). Overall, it is very solid for watching videos, emails, documents, and gaming on low settings (depending on the game).
