OMG! LOVE THIS COMPUTER! I AM NOT TECH SAVVY AT ALL, BUT IT WAS A BREEZE TO START UP! THE KEYS ARE NICE AND STRONG AND LOVE THE BACK LIT ON THEM TOO! THE EST PART IS THAT I GOT THIS ON THE "DEAL OF THE DAY"...WHAT A BARGAIN!!! I ALSO USED MY REWARDS TOG ET MORE OFF!!!!!!

Utilized this laptop for University level Electrical Engineering embedded programming and testing utilizing software designed to interface with the Analog Discovery. Easily handled all the tasks I threw at it, and has decent battery life for the performance. The SSD isn't the fastest, but hands down beats a normal HDD. Overall solid product for school related things, and with some tweaks here and there, great performance with a small package.

This laptop works great but there is one issue with WiFi connectivity. This is the second laptop I got, after the first one (open box) had a significant connectivity issue. I returned it and got this current one I have. This one has these issues, but far less often. Occasionally, upon restarting the laptop, the WiFi doesn't work correctly and needs to be reset. Other than this, the laptop works great, the screen is a good size, the device is great for running engineering softwares for school.

I like the computer....I'm a AMD fan anyways....probably going to upgrade to a bigger SSD tho....price is good for what you get....I paid 699.00

Easy to set up and use. Much lighter then my previous laptop making traveling with it a breeze.

This computer has a very premium look and feel, despite its reasonable price. The aluminum body looks clean and feels smooth. The battery life is very reasonable, and the screen is sharp. The edges on the bottom are slightly rough, but that's not a deal breaker for me. Also, I'm a trained laptop tech, and this computer is fully upgradeable, with 2 RAM slots, an M.2 NVME slot, and a SATA port for a 2nd hard drive. Also, Dell did me a solid and included the 2.5" SATA drive cage and cable! ASUS, HP, and Lenovo don't do that. Often the solder the storage and the RAM to the motherboard, just to save a few bucks... Really like the computer and looking forward to 2-3 years or so of happy computing! (The computer will probably last longer than that, but I prefer to spend half as much on a mid-tier machine and replace the laptop twice as often. I personally get more utility that way).

Good quality. Portable. Lightweight. Pros: good for use in classroom, or in flights. Cons: not so fast as I expected.

I love this laptop because of two things. One, it has a touch screen which makes it double as a table, two it has a very powerful processor that can actually play some older games at high settings or some new games at 720p and low to medium settings. It is extremely fast for start up and it has a good amount of ram to go with it. I love this and would definitely recommend it.

This laptop is portable and powerful. Recommended if budget allows.

Laptop had great processing power and graphics processing power! Could, and should, have better battery life.

Very happy with this laptop. This was a replacement for an older laptop. I was looking for something with more power and portability and this laptop fit the bill. The option to fold 180 and turn it into a tablet is a neat option. I was a little worried about the speed and multitasking abilities of the Ryzen 7 but it has performed wonderfully.

Dell 2in 1 Inspiron has good looks .Poor battery . The SSD drive fills up fast .The boot up process is quite impressive .But on a long run of say an hour have sensed heating and also sound .And that would be a bad choice if ur using it on a tablet mode .

This was our son’s graduation gift. He loves it! It is powerful and he can use it at school.

I purchased this laptop in August for a high school student. I wasn't looking for a high-end machine but want something that would last at least through highschool. After several months of usage, I think we found the right fit. Out of the box the machine has done well. She has now taken an interest in photography, so we shall see how it handles this demanding task. But so far it has been a good machine.

Bought this laptop as a Valentine's gift for my wife. She loves the portability and also the display. I was initially skeptical about the AMD processor, but the laptop has responded so well even when put to heavy tasks. Would definitely recommend.

For the most part this laptop is an improvement over my old laptop; it is smaller and lighter, overall much more portable. Being able to change to stand mode is handy for streaming movies, and tablet mode is fairly intuitive. That is all the praise I can give. This laptop has crashed on me 3 times now as of initial use, with a message saying the hard drive is not installed; turning the laptop back on fixes this but it is still alarming. I see no noticeable difference in processing speed compared to my previous laptop of 2012, which had less RAM and did not have an SSD hard drive. In summary this laptop is not worth the price.

This is my first AMD powered computer and so far this one has been quiet impressive. The set up went very well, one minor hiccup. The cursor turned invisible after installing Chrome, odd, but fixed with a reboot I need some additional storage capacity and will look into upgrading, adding SSD. Anyone got any experience with upgrading this model laptop?
