I bought this during the school semester, because I needed a new laptop fast in order to do my college schoolwork. While its good for some items it can overheat with certain games, and when coding in java sometimes. High graphic games may not be the best for this, but it is very good for other homework assignments.

battery life isn't so good. everything else top of the line!

So far this laptop has done everything that I need it to do. It starts up fast and plays videos well. Works well in tablet mode too. Great little laptop for surfing the web, reading email, word processing, or watching videos.

My first laptop was a dud. It would lock up and give a windows stop message. Then work fine for an hour and lock up again. Once exchanged I got a dell that was fully functional. It boots super fast and has plenty of memory. I needed a new computer to take some online classes and this should do nicely.

This 2 in 1 has potential. Although it has locked up on me twice I think it is because of the Windows updates. I'll see if it is a continual problem after the next update. But the good news is that it has provided a good computer for my teenagers in their school work. We'll see if it stands the test of time.

Purchased to do video editing (Youtube) and social media management - great performance and specs for the price, doesnt get too loud or hot when positioned on the lap and gets decent battery life for its class (3.5-4.5 hours).

I had a Toshiba Intel i3 for 7 years. It started running slow and took forever to start up. This New laptop is lightening fast and start up time is great. The sale price was hard to pass up, so we took advantage of the sale.

I have only had my laptop for a few weeks, but have really enjoyed it. It is light weight and easy to take with me. It has the touch screen, but I haven't used that much yet, but think it is a cool feature to use. I really like this computer.

I bought this laptop for my son. He likes it very much. I also use this one almost everyday. The laptop performance is great and battery life is also very good.

My son took this computer to college and it's been very reliable for him while he studies pre-med at UB. This laptop is very light and portable so he can take it with him to all his classes.

Bought my wife a new laptop for her next business endeavor and while I wanted another intel machine, the deal was on the amd processor. From startup the fan never quieted down. Dell 800 did their best to help but nothing would fix it. Had to return that machine but they up sold me to this one. Works great and has been wonderful to use. The most computer savvy folks around me all recommend dell products for pc and we’re not disappointed. Valued price point and minimal bloat ware as well.

I returned this laptop because the fan was too loud. Also, it got hot, and the battery eas giving 3 hours

PROS: I like the look and feel of the computer. The size and weight are really great. Screen is pretty decent and sufficient for light to moderate use. The processor is fast, I see no lag when I have multiple windows/apps open. I can toggle between them with ease. CONS: For the last 3 days the computer is crashing daily. Its frustrating given that I am in midst of working on a document and all of a sudden..blue screen of death. I also had a weird error when I plugged the power supply to the computer. It gave me a incompatible error, I am hoping that there is a quick patch/update for this and subsides. I would recommend the computer IF it was more stable!

I bought the Dell 2 in 1 for the ease of placement while reading, cooking, or watching movies. It performs perfectly in all aspects. It is even able to play WOW with the graphics settings at lower values. I added a 512GB SD card for additional storage.

It's pretty fast with SSD 250 gb, the monitor resolution has a decent performance with the video card. Small and very convenient to take out when you need it.

It can be used as a tablet, has 12GB (that extra that is often needed), a bit better graphics than in almost everything else, backlit keyboard. Why ever buying a surface or ipad

I needed a new laptop for work, something fast. I talked with sales and listened to recommendations and this was one of them. Definitely worth the money and definitely a great laptop.

Fantastic deal after shopping many sites. Has audio problems which, so far, can be fixed by switching between spatial on and off. Fasted starting laptop/computer I've ever had. Good for video and photo editing.
