Screen is nice and clear and colorful. Trackpad seems good, but I use a bluetooth mouse with it. Computer case itself has nice finish and keys are good. The computer is a little heavier than some others with similar screen size, but those will cost you way more. For the sale price I paid, this was a great deal.

To my surprise, this 2-in-1 performs as fast as the XPS and is equally competitive as far as being durable. It keeps the battery charge for a very long time in standby mode than the previous laptops I have had.I would recommend this to someone on a budget who still wants a good performing laptop.

Now it's like a constant loud buzzing sound that can be heard from other rooms in the house. So great that I paid for the yearly tech support but no local stores are taking in repairs. Been dealing with the excessive noise since day one and the loud noise now for 5 months.

Thanks for your review. We're happy that you like your new Dell computer. We're sorry to hear that it's crashing when you use Canva. We'd recommend diagnosing the crashes with the following steps:
1. At the desktop, click the Search the web and Windows box and type "problem reports".
2. Select View all problem reports to view a list of errors that have occurred on your computer and possible solutions for them, such as updating drivers, flashing your system BIOS, or checking for updates to the software.
3. Under the Source column, look for Windows and under Summary, look for Shut down unexpectedly.
4. Right-click the line item and select Check for a solution.
