Our current HP was moving very slow and the USB ports had quit working. So, we needed a new computer. We were looking for speed, plenty of storage, a good graphics card and a nice display. We had settled in on a 15 inch touch screen. We didn’t really need the 2 in 1 but this computer has it and it is a nice feature. The graphics card is super and there is 16 GB of storage. We have had a Dell in the past and liked it so, that experience helped with the decision. I had called Dell directly on Black Friday and cyber Monday and did not get a good deal. I was ready to give up when I went into the local Best Buy and found this computer for $400 less than what Dell quoted. Not sure why but, I was sold. Everything is working great and we are glad we purchased this machine.

This 2 in 1 is a beast! I am a very picky engineer when it comes to my tools and tech. I picked up one of these units at my local branch, and couldn't wait to take it on the field. It has handled everything I have thrown at it flawlessly! absolutely no freezing with any of my software. The performance is incredible and the 15.6' 4K display is truly a work of art. I love the touchscreen feature for my audio engineering gigs, and the active Dell stylus that's included for the business side of things.The speed is there, an amazing 4K display to match it. The only reason i gave it a 4 is because of the speaker quality and touchpad quality. Though it works great, it feels too plastic like. other than that, the rest of the unit feels great and high end with its aluminum housing,

This was a cyber Monday buy. Great deal saved four hundred dollars. I don't think I would pay full price because of the excessive sound from the fans aside from that excellent laptop. Great display adequate speed.

Trying to find a decently priced good computer these days can be quite difficult, I looked for quite some time and eventually decided on this one with an excellent black Friday/cyber Monday deal. It has the specs you need with plenty of memory, a great video card and with a 4k quality screen the video quality is stunning. The speed at which the computer works is wonderful and the touchscreen is something you really will appreciate. That said the smaller keyboard can be a little annoying but you eventually get used to it. I would recommend if you can get at a decent price point.

This laptop is great. Its fast and has an amazing display. Only draw back is battery life at times.

There's a lot that can be said about this laptop that is great and very few things I dislike about it. Is extremely beautiful cosmetically but most of all what's under the hood is the most important. With an i7 processor and 16 gigs of memory and a 512 SSD drive it's hard to beat this laptop. I got this laptop on sale for $500 off the original price. It's fast and extremely clear picture. I watch some 4K content on it and love it. happy with my purchase. I highly suggest you pick one up especially if it's on sale for decent price.

So I decided to upgrade to a newer and faster laptop and after thorough research I settled on this Dell mainly due to the 4k display. I am amazed by the specs. I am a software engineer who work for a gaming company and this laptop lets me do everything I need and more. However, as soon as I turned it on and after allowing all updates to install, I started noticing subtle grey spots on light backgrounds (more like horizontal banding), they become more visible when scrolling web pages with a white background. I researched this issue and I found out about something called Dirty Screen Effect (youtube). I tried 3 different laptops and I am currently on the 4th one and I am still seeing the same issue. Not sure what to do, is my laptop defective? is anyone else seeing this issue? I really like this laptop and I'd hate to have to return it. at the same time, I can't live with this issue as it becomes annoying after a while.

Thanks Best for such a Early Cyber Monday Deal. I get this superb Laptop at a very good Price. Laptop is very good. In almost all the aspects it is very good. Only negative is its quite a bit heavy.

I purchased this laptop on sale. I used for architecture and works for me really good. Just the battery lasts around 4 hours only and when it’s charging the laptop gets too hot

Looking to update my old computer I was trying to find the perfect replace and couldn’t find something better than this, super fast, touch screen and very responsive at any time using it as a computer or tablet, fully functional when you have to drawn and edit images and documents or just add comments on ur review documents, I really love this computer!!!

Performance is good. Screen is a little dark. Laptop is thick and heavy. I got it for $700 so it was totally worth the price,given the specs

This is our second purchase of this model. Bought one for my older college student in December, and she liked it so much we got this one for her younger sibling as she is heading off to college this fall. Touch screen and stylus is great for doing digital art. Make sure to fully update Windows 10 once purchased, this one had a minor initial problem with the sound card driver that Windows updates fixed. Didn't see the issue on the first one we bought. I'm guessing Microsoft introduced the bug in one patch then fixed it in another, later patch.

The picture is excellent very clear and vibrant. I like the feel of the keypad and the fact that it is a two in one. I really enjoy the touch screen. I was indecisive as to purchase the 15.6” or the smaller one. I ended up with the 15.6” and I am glad I bought that size.

The fan is loud, but dedicated graphics, SSD, and 16gb of ram packing into a 4k touchscreen... Can't complain too much... If you turn the resolution down to 1080p, the system doesn't get as hot and the fan runs quieter during long sessions. Will play games, but not a gaming system by any stretch. 30fps medium settings on fortnite.

Its a Good Performance laptop with stunning UHD display

I looked for nearly a year to find the laptop I wanted to spend my hard earned money on. I looked at several Toshiba, ASUS, Lenovo and Dell laptops. I was interested in the XPS line from Dell but when I saw this, it was a no-brainer. This 2-1 has everything I need for nearly a $1000 less than the XPS line. I would recommend this to anyone who wants good value but a fairly high end all around laptop!

Love my Dell 2 in 1 computer. I am liking the Windows 10 and the speed of the computer which has lots of storage for all my software programs.

Bestbuy had a Dell 7000 on display that just looked sleek, well build and fast. This Black monday deal showed up ($800) with a slightly different SKU number and I was certain it was the one. When I opened the box it instantly felt like a cheaper computer not worth the price. Installed all the updates and it ran like an i3. The computer got extremely hot. I instantly knew we werent keeping it. The screen was bright but battery life was terrible. I'd rather have a fast computer that doesnt heat up than one with a bright display that feels like an i3. Ultimately went with an HP envy and I couldn't be more happy.
