This machine is well worth the money. Many laptops feel cheap, but not this one, with all premium parts, and that at an excellent price.

Love the 15.6" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen! It has a 512GB SSD - my only wish is that it would have a 1TB SSD or an additional 1TB SATA drive.

The dedicated graphics are a real bonus and the resolution is excellent. This will be my laptop for years to come as I can expand upon it.

Can't believe how great the battery is on this laptop. I am easily getting about 7-8 hours on a charge with more then half brightness on. It is less if I am playing a intensive game that requires the Nvidia graphics card though.

I have been a loyal Dell user and I am very happy with their support. The laptop is thin and not too heavy with excellent screen quality. This is my first computer with a solid state hard drive and I can really see how much faster it is.

I now have to go to the website of dell with another computer and download reset software. So annoying. I thought dell was reputable as was my experience at work. However their consumer products does not Match this standard apparently. I should have gone for Mac

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about the freezing that you're having with your new computer. We'd recommend diagnosing the freezes with these steps in the future:
1. Run a Computer Diagnostic. To determine if your computer is experiencing a hardware problem, run the Dell Preboot System Assessment (PSA) Diagnostics. For information on how to run Diagnostics, and to determine the issue, refer to Dell Knowledge Base Article: http://dell.to/2iaiujA.
2. Check Safe Mode for Symptoms. To boot into safe mode, please follow the instructions below:
a) Start the computer.
b) Tap 'F8' on the keyboard immediately and every one second until the Dell logo screen disappears. From there you will see the Windows Advanced Options Menu on the screen. (If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, restart the system and try again.)
c) Select Safe mode with Networking and press Enter.
d) Log on as the administrator or as a user with administrative access.
e) Open applications and test the computer in safe mode. If the symptoms exist in safe mode, please continue the troubleshooting steps in this article. If the symptoms do not exist in safe mode, the issue is likely related to a driver or software and you may wish to complete step 3 to see if you are able to resolve the lockups or freezing.
3. Check for Malware. Malware (Virus, Spyware, etc.) can definitely cause a Windows system to lock up or appear to hang. To check for malware on your system and to ensure that your computer is up to date on security software, visit Dell Knowledge Base Article: http://dell.to/2wWP1zI.

It’s super quick and has all the capabilities that I need it for. It drops frames a little when capturing game footage from my PS4, but other than that it is perfect.

Itunes, YouTube and any player from browser (audio) would malfunction and sound like static. This happened only when I opened with camera app, or if swiped the track pad to fast back and forth, that I know of. I ended up getting a brand new one instead....(same problem) .. I returned it again..........(same issue). Your welcome.

Only small complaint would be the lid is tightly hinges, so it takes two hands to open when it’s sitting on a desk. Fantastic purchase.
