We always got an amazing experience when buying at Best Buy. We love DELL brand and we always replace our all old product for a new Dell brand again. And in our last visit even our little one got a gift from the store and that little gesture made our day. I will always recommended DELL to people looking a great computer

I just love it, everything that I need it to do, although I'M not a computer person.

So far, so good. Geek squad was great at transferring info from old computer and setting up this one in a timely manner.

I am grateful for the accomplishments of Jesse Ake, Sales; and Chris Loesch in the Geek Squad. Jesse gave his time to assure I understood & was happy with my purchase of a new Dell All-in-One. Other helpful employees were Jarrod in the Geek Squad and Hisham Khan. (Like many other seniors), I was ‘compelled’)

This computer operates very smoothly. The 24" screen size is large enough to make reading even small print easy. It fits nicely on a 40" desk with room for a printer next to it. Setting up went fairly quickly compared to mot computers.

I have been thinking about upgrading to windows 11 and have limited space for my new all-in one desktop. My experience with the sales associate was excellent, he showed me a few different systems and I was impressed with the speed, crisp picture and price of my new computer. Setup was very easy, fits perfectly. I really like my new computer and highly recommend it. Great experience!

I was extremely Blessed when I walked into Best Buy store and an awesome beautiful young lady named Coco assisted me. I sincerely needed her help! Coco was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and had a whole lot of patience. I needed a dual computer with Microsoft 11 desktop, the works, and I had a budget. She worked overtime and didn't complain at all. She explained everything thoroughly and the deal was completed. These days It's so hard to find good help. Coco, thanks so much! You really deserve a promotion and a raise.

Exactly what I needed to replace a dying similar desktop. The geek service I purchased with it of them transferring my old computer to new one was wonderful and they recycled old for me.

Dell is my favorite computer brand. I am having to adjust to a few changes from my old computer. But I love this one. I really like not having a separate hard drive, and the convenience of no cords with everything being wireless. The keyboard is quiet and takes such a light touch. I am enjoying the large screen. And I am still learning the different ways to operate it. I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Great for the wife. Initial setup and configuration was super easy. No surprises. Had to install print and scan drivers but that's all.

Old computer would not accomadate Windows 11 and have had all in ones past couple of computers. Very nice. Works well no complaints and happy to have Windows 11 up and running. Was not the cheapest place to buy but all within 100 dollars and I have used Best Buy the past 20 years.

This Dell computer has made daily working hours much easier as the screen is sized to enhance quality of passages which I read everyday. I was concerned about the white color, but it is easier to see the characters on the keyboard. I like having this machine as part of my office equipment. It is easy to use!

My purchase of a stand alone all in one computer was seamless at Best Buy! From the time I walked in every person was personable and ready to assist me. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted or needed…my sales person asked all the right questions ! Showed me all options and I made the perfect choice!

Bought an all in one computer and was a little apprehensive. My sons set up my last one and that was about 8 years ago. I'm not really that computer savvy about the setup but it was surprisingly easy. After plugging in a few items the computer took it step by step including the network, router and printer. I like the ease of use and the speed it has. It's perfect for me.

This Dell All-In-One computer was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Plenty of memory and plenty of storage. Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy on the wallet. You could almost call it portable, as with the Wi-Fi, I can move it to any room in the house without having to worry about a cable connection. No tower to contend with and better than a laptop!

I am very satisfied with this dell all-in-one computer, it is so nice. I couldn't be happier.

It was an open box deal. Computer is average - nothing special. I like the Co-Pilot feature. Screen is not too small or large. I often use it to watch movies, news, etc. It's stationary, being a desktop, and doesn't take up too much room. Peripherals are wireless and easy to move.
