When reading documents with a white background it has a nice sorta matte finish that makes the experience very comfortable.

But if you want to use the camera you have to use the USB-C cable; HDMI only works if you want to use it as a regular monitor & not with the camera. I would still recommend and repurchase this.

Camera never recognizes me, so when signing in… I can forget that … and it does not open easily unless I am standing behind it. I guess in time I will get use to how to open it…

He wanted a built in camera and this fit the bill. It’s simple plug and play with no hassles Noted when we set it ip. The camera quality is excellent works flawlessly with video conferencing.

The speakers are tinny with zero audio anywhere near a bass range. I was happy to get my old speakers off my desk. I was lucky and had a subwoofer from my old speakers that I was able to plug into this monitors output. That made everything okay. When using it for video meeting you have to use the USB connection and that in turn kills the output to the woofer so I unplug the usb when not doing video meetings. Still a nice monitor for the money,

WFH solution - a must!

I love the USB-C PD to laptop. It makes for a very clean desktop. Camera and speakers are good. A great solution for those working from home.

The power capability through usb-c is huge for my setup. The pop-up camera image quality is average, but at the price point, makes up for it.

The only issue I had with it was trying to get the built-in camera to work. Between getting the right connecting cable, and spending hours online with GeekSquad (who were not able to figure it out), suffice it to say I'm not able to use the camera and had to buy a separate stand-alone webcam anyway. Monitor is great, though.

Text was jagged and pixelated at maximum resolution. Other issues: I bought this open box-excellent, but it was missing the USB-C cable. Online support would not send me a cable, but rather had me take it to a store to exchange it. The store gave me a cable instead of a new monitor. This was all really annoying and a waste of my time. I ended up returning it because of the poor quality of text on the display and got a Samsung 4K monitor that was less expensive and has excellent text resolution and eye relief features.
