Overall very happy. Just one issue, sometimes the monitor speakers stops working. Does not happen very often.

This monitor intrigued me because of the built in webcam and speakers. I work in sales and have been doing primarily video calls on Teams and Zoom with clients and staff. I have a great laptop but don't want to always have it open as it takes up desk space. This monitor allows me to keep my laptop hidden away while giving me a superior camera, microphone and speakers. Setup of the monitor was really easy, Dell makes the best and easiest monitors to setup in my opinion. The stand easily attached to the monitor and is height adjustable, tilts and fully swivels. I tried this for awhile on it's own with my Dell plugged in via the included USB cable. I love having a monitor with a USB-c connection as I can have a really clean setup and charge the laptop through the monitor at the same time. The webcam pops up when you press down on it gently and can be hidden when not in use for privacy. The camera is very different from the typical laptop camera, it has a much wider viewing angle which i like and I love having it higher up than a laptop would be. I wish the camera itself could be tilted without moving the entire monitor. The sound is great and has echo cancelling technology on both the speaker and the mic which makes my video calls sound crystal clear on both ends. Streaming tv and movies look and sound great as well. My only gripe is that I cannot daisy chain to another monitor via displayport, something that should be available with any USB-C monitor. Luckily, the monitor still works very well as a USB-C hub when connected to a dock which allows me to have to have dual monitors. As usual, Dell does a great job with this monitor, I would expect nothing less from them.

Screen is super sharp and the webcam/mic was easy to set up. Love the bigger screen for older eyes.

Good buy for the money, good camera, good size, and fast shipping

So far it has been a good experience with this monitor. It's hooked up to my macbook air. The only strange thing is that the built-in webcam needs both hdmi and USB connection in order to function but it does work flawlessly. The monitor resolution could be a bit better but I'm ok with it since the built-in webcam and additional usb power port make it a very useful device for the price.

I love this monitor with the built-in video camera/speaker that can be pushed down into the monitor casing or pulled out when doing a Zoom, TEAMS, or Skye call. It is also completely adjustable, meaning it is on a pedestal that allows the screen to go up or down, to swivel from side to side, tilt, etc. My best monitor yet!

The price was right and the quality is awesome, it worth every penny.

Great monitor for the price!! The camera and sound are perfect!

I like it! I plugged in the ac power to the monitor and connected a USB-C cable between it and my laptop and I was finished. The cable from the Monitor provides the charging power to the laptop and sends the video and audio to the monitor. This is the simplest wiring for a computer system I have experienced.

I purchased one during the pandemic since I could only bring home one monitor for teleworking. It so far exceeded the resolution of the work HP monitor. I had to take it back to work but still telecommute a couple times a week so I purchased this one for work & my own pleasure. Love it!

My old LCD NEC monitor was starting to die on me, which prompted to this purchase. I could have continued using the old monitor and didn't really mind the smaller viewing area. I read reviews on 20"-24" IPS monitors from different brands. They all seem to be on par in terms of resolution/viewing performance. What I really looked for was the adjustability of height, rotation angle, and ability for horizontal/vertical display. This Dell model had it all. It was a little more expensive(up to $80 more) than the less adjustable models, but worthwhile for me. This should last me a long while. The only knock I have is the USB placement...it would be more convenient to have it on the short side of the monitor rather than the bottom. It would also have been nice to have 2 USB's close together, rather than just one.

I've had this monitor for about a month now and I love it. Good purchase.

This is a perfect companion as an extension to any laptop with USB-C connection. Webcam works well. I would have given this 5 stars if the speaker sounds better. The sound from this monitor is tinny compares to sound come from my MacBook Air.

This is a great monitor for a home office set up. Easily assembled, delivery was fast because the product was in stock. Cable included and powers the Macbook Air. The hidden camera pop up is a plus and the cherry on top was the price! Thank you Best Buy!

Probably one of the best Dell monitors in terms of functionality. Pop up camera, speakers, adjustable height and positioning. Only downside is the microphone isn't very good even after going through all the adjustment settings.

This isa gorgeous display monitor. I needed USB-C for my laptop, and I chose Dell for Dell. Good choice. Everything linked up on the first try. My older Acer display monitor has burn in and its just 2 years old!
