I was told by the salesperson on the phone that the TV would come in a box that would not indicate what the product is and where it came from. When I got home my son already bought the item in the house and it clearly said what it was on the box. Thank you for messing up his surprise gift for Christmas. I guess he was just trying to get credit for a sale because I told the rep I could go pick it up and he said it would be better to just place the order w/him over the phone and he reinsured me that you wouldn't be able to tell what it is when it was delivered. Never again. Very disappointed - ruined part of my Christmas. If I could give no Stars I would.

Thos is the forth dell monitor i have purchased for my kids for gaming. Not once have they had am issue with any of them. I would highly recommend purchasing any dell monitor if your in the market for a monitor.

Excellent monitor. Great clean display. Bought it on sale, and before it arrived BB did a 1-day special offer on it with a lower price. Called BB Customer Service and the new lower price was adjusted while I was on the phone. Can't beat that for good service.

Perfect for what I needed. Dual monitor setup, the curve isn't really noticeable since they're smaller monitors but have a great picture. Luckily I run my work pc via display port and my personal pc via hdmi so it works great.

Fantastic monitor, especially for the sale price. I actually use it as an office monitor instead of gaming, and the strain on my eyes is MUCH improved over the old, flat Dell monitor I used to use. Highly recommend.

I have no problem with the monitor---however I have SERIOUS complaints with the advice I received during an online purchase and access to installation instructions. I would provide 5 stars on the item--but refuse to do so for the following. A chat with online sales rep mislead me. As a result spent hours trying to install. Luckily I have easy access to Geek Squad and took it into store to find out I needed different cable, to connect to my laptop--more accessory purchases were necessary. I have it connected, but I'm finding it difficult to access the features without a manual. Frustrated because I'm required to watch YOU TUBE to do simple things like getting sound. It is NOT a plug and play situation. I just wanted a larger screen to work with my laptop---thought it would be simple. NOPE. But it is a good monitor for those of you that are a little more tech savvy--though for a 72 yr old woman I take pride in my tech use and persistence in learning to use it. It just seems it should have been easier.

This is the best monitor I have ever owned. This was a placement for a much cheaper monitor, and I can definitely appreciate the difference. Great graphics and the menu allows you to fine tune to your personal preferences.

Great Monitor for the price. I did have to return it due to the black being too light compared to my main monitor (Dell S3222DGM). The color, viewing angle, response times, of this monitor were all great. I tried all the settings, and even try another monitor of the same model. If you don't mind a less than "true black", this monitor is great and well worth it

It was okay not the greatest not bad but not great

The monitor has a very high resolution image. The only drawback is that the cord supplied with the monitor did not fit any of the ports on my laptop, and the free cord given to my by the technician who was assisting me was slightly damaged, a fact that took two additional trips to the store to figure out. Now, with an undamaged cord, it works perfectly.

Overall great product. Good clarity Good refresh rate.

First impressions are very good. I love the visibility a mobility of the tilt function. Very pleasing to the eye. Waiting on my gaming pc to get here to get the full experience. All in all would recommend.

We love it but no speakers so buy a headset or sound bar.

I always used to play on an old monitor really makes a difference when you get a monitor like this one. PC or Xbox you'll love it. In addition to quality the curve display is pretty aesthetic.

The monitor is deceptively larger than it seems which is great. Picture quality is top notch, able to vividly display a range of color including great differentials between lights and darks.

When you enable MPRT which gives you the low latency you want in a gaming monitor, it creates these horrible green and white spots in areas that are supposed to be black as you look around. The “fast” mode that puts it at 10ms of input lag (that is a lot for competitive shooters) does remove this issue, but the darker your screen is the worse the problem gets. Terrible monitor would never buy again, now it sits as my second monitor and i continue to use my asus xg17ahp as my main as i continue to hunt for a usable monitor that isnt an 800 dollar oled display

I gave this to my son for Christmas. I know he will enjoy the monitor because he does games on his computer and wanted this monitor for gaming.

Great monitor. I didn't know what to expect, just sort of picked this one on a hunch. But it's durable, easy to situate, and looks great. What more could you want?

Great and highly recommended for all students who may encounter online classes one way or the other. Laptop screens are highly restricted and may lead to poor student performance.
