Was advised that that it would not support Windows 11 & would best to replace it. Purchased the Dell All-in-One. Left it with the Geek Squad for information transfer. I have a Best Buy membership, so costs were covered. Am very pleased with the new Dell & service provided/

However, my biggest issue is the formatting is different and challenging to read. Also. we have 3 email addresses but only one was moved and I'm struggling to learn how to add the other 2 ... very frustrating ! I am rating you as a 4 only because a half point is not available where I would have rated you a 3.5 . The work was good but would have been higher if were asked the right questions!

The new Dell all-in-one computer is great. I did need to purchase an external CD player-burner, but I gather that not many people are using CD players much these days.
