    I'm just getting used to this new computer, but it isn't as user friendly as the computer I replaced. Way too techy for this old school granny. The replaced computer was an HP All-in-one Envy, which I loved, but does not have the system to be compatible with the Microsoft's new upgrades coming in October, or other external systems. It's kind of a tech-dinosaur,

    I love everything about it except for a few minor details: I cannot get wireless keyboard to sync up, nor can I get my HP scanner to work propertly.

    I purchased this new . I brought it home and it kept turning off and on. After taking it back to geek squad., Ifinally figured out that the power cord kept loosing contact because the pin inside the computer was slightly bent. It was sent out for repair, but a month later I was told that they could not get the part???? I tried to order another one since it was under warranty , but none were available in the store and it had to be ordered! A (slightly used one that someone had returned was available so, I have this one now, and I duct taped the power cord in to make sure that it does not come out. They gave me a 200 dollar credit ,, then charged me one hundred dollars to load my info in the computer at Geek squad. A real tresat of an experience!

    This item should come an instruction book. As a senior citizen, There should be a start up book. Some way to familiarize yourself with a component.
