    I bought a Dell desktop in late August. The salesman was extremely nice, and the Geek Squad took it out of the box, connected everything, and then patiently explained how to use it.

    Windows 11 is a resource hog. Idling with 60% of memory used out of the box makes an awfully stronger case for these computers to be configured with 32 gigs of Ram. Otherwise it is great for surfing the web and email etc.

    I purchased this new . I brought it home and it kept turning off and on. After taking it back to geek squad., Ifinally figured out that the power cord kept loosing contact because the pin inside the computer was slightly bent. It was sent out for repair, but a month later I was told that they could not get the part???? I tried to order another one since it was under warranty , but none were available in the store and it had to be ordered! A (slightly used one that someone had returned was available so, I have this one now, and I duct taped the power cord in to make sure that it does not come out. They gave me a 200 dollar credit ,, then charged me one hundred dollars to load my info in the computer at Geek squad. A real tresat of an experience!
