This computer is amazing! Fast, beautiful color, big screen; all the things a person loves, needs and wants! Touch or not, all in one...you have to try this one out. You will love it too!

The All In One is convenient, space saving, up to date, and not at all difficult to set up (with a bit of help from Geek Squad). It is confusing to go between some of the apps and services and am not so sure CoPilot helps with any of this but tends to make it a bit more confusing. Quick to warm up, fast, but not as easy to use as my Mac.

I’m very impressed with my new Dell 27" 2K Touchscreen All-in-One. The display is crisp and vibrant, the Intel Core 7 processor and 16GB of memory make it fast and responsive, and the NVIDIA GeForce MX570A handles graphics smoothly. Having 1TB of storage is a big plus for keeping everything in one place. The sleek white design looks great in my workspace, and the touchscreen adds convenience. One small thing I’ve had to adjust to is that after shutting down at the end of the day, I need to press the power button to wake it up the next morning instead of just moving the mouse. It’s a minor change in routine, but overall, this system has exceeded my expectations and earns a solid 5-star rating.

Much larger size screen my husband needed dad to be to see, but I now have to back off a bit because it’s so large, getting it set up took a bit more than I thought but other than that it’s wonderful comp. For the house.. all in ones for us is so much easier and we don’t do all the extra garb so it’s fine

This computer is easy to set up, a breeze to use and is lightning fast. I updated from an eight year old PC and have loved to speed and ease of use!

I bought it a month ago and it's worked great; it's very fast. I use it for work and school; it's perfect!

Purchased a new desk top computer and used geek squad to make the transfer & conversion from my old computer to the new, All of my files and data were completed including the new windows 11 . However, my biggest issue is the formatting is different and challenging to read. Also. we have 3 email addresses but only one was moved and I'm struggling to learn how to add the other 2 ... very frustrating ! I am rating you as a 4 only because a half point is not available where I would have rated you a 3.5 . The work was good but would have been higher if were asked the right questions!

Love the large screen and speed. Like being able to use a mouse.

I replaced my 2014 Dell Inspiron 2020 as it had Windows 10 which would no longer be updated after 10.15.2025. I prefer a Dell desktop. The 27” screen is amazing as is the color. The data speed in comparison is highly improved. I’m getting used to it. The Greek squad representative Jackson was personable and professional. He arranged to transfer the old hard drive data to the new in a timely manner. I m very pleased with the Greek Squad services. Thank you, John R. Erisman

Good so far. I have had it one month so far. Easy to assemble and connect the mouse and keyboard. Graphics are great!

The 27 inch screen is the perfect size for this computer. So far the system is running flawlessly.

So far I am very pleased with this new desktop; I'm even more pleased with the help I got from the Geek Squad when I ran into a problem. They were so courteous and professional; to this date I have not had any other problems. The computer is fast and the pictures are crystal clear
