I love this computer. Fast, reliable and great graphics. The touch screen is exactly what I wanted also.

So far so good. The Geek Squad worked with us to get all of the our files from our old computer to this new one. Although there were a few hiccups along the way the set up and transition went fairly well. As for this computer it is a thing of beauty. No problems or complaints so far! Would recommend both it and the Geek Squad.

Great all-in-one desktop. Excellent capacity and lightning quick. Set up was very easy. The Geek Squad did a great job of transferring my files from my last Dell all-in-one.

My new Dell computer is amazing! The speed is so much faster than my "ancient" Lenovo, which was almost 10 yrs old. The graphics are vibrant runs at a much better speed, and has many features . I am looking forward to use the newest feature, Copilot. I will have my Dell for a long time. My sales rep recommended the Dell and I could not be happier!

Still getting used to Copilot but it will be a great addition above and beyond what we had to work with. Service and friendly employees made our buying experience at Best Buy a top notch experience!

I recently purchased this all-in-one computer, and I couldn’t be happier with it! It works perfectly—fast startup, smooth performance, and absolutely no issues so far. I'm really enjoying the all-in-one aspect of my new computer. It has been SEVERAL years since my last replacement/upgrade. As with anything new, it takes a little getting used to, but so far (after 3 weeks) it's working out pretty good.

This Dell All-in-One works very well and looks great on my desk. It’s easy to use, runs smoothly, and doesn’t take up much space. The display is sharp and the performance meets all my daily needs. I’m happy with this purchase and would buy Dell again.

I am so happy that I bought this computer. I always wanted an all-in-one computer. This model is the perfect one. Easy to use, great color and resolution, perfect size to work on different projects all at once, great design. It works fast. I love it - great purchase!!

With my failing eyesight this screen size is a blessing. I have not learned all the aspects yet, but so far so good. It was available for pickup quickly and that procedure went smoothly.

Good Purchase. Mine got burned up in a fire. Bought this one as a replacement. Dell is quality equipment.

An excellent desktop computer with a sharp touchscreen.

I enjoy the touch screen and all-in-one very much. This is what I was looking for. I didn't think I needed the touch screen, but I really enjoyed it with my Surface computer. I even spoke with a customer to get his opinion - he was looking for the same thing - he had these features before and liked them.

So far so good. Still learning, last computer was 12 years old. Love the bigger model.

This is the second Dell 27” all in one that I have had. The first had power issues within a week but Best Buy replaced it with no problems. This far this computer has been very good and I have had no issues with it. So far it appears to be a very good computer with good features. My reason for the 4 star rating is the issues with the first computer that Best Buty resolved.
