    Have had the laptop for several days and has met and exceeded my expectations. Though it is refurbished, have had zero issues and am very happy with my laptop and the price I paid for it.

    This is my first refurbished laptop and so far it's great. The packaging was secure, it started right up, and there's no lag in the apps. This is probably one of the best laptop purchases I've made yet!

    Laptop arrived as described with everything in working order. Had some trouble connecting my accounts at startup but tech support from joysystems was very helpful.

    My Dell - 5400 14" Refurbished Laptop - Intel 8th Gen Core i5 laptop was okay. The processor fan did not work upon start. Everything else works just right!

    Used it for a week of recording and Zooming (connected to a camera) running OBS software and it worked great! Great screen, too.

    Item is as advertised. Arrived a day early, no blemishes at all, it looks like a brand new laptop. Set up was quick and easy. It performs better than new laptops I have had in the past.
